About Fernando

Along with seeking a good business opportunity, I felt that it was the right time to invest in real estate that would not only provide a return, but would also allow itself to be a spectacular setting for family and friends to also enjoy themselves in Whistler, BC - one of the most beautiful locations on earth!

Fernando purchased this house in 2003

Why Fernando chose Whistler Cay Estates

The location is less than two blocks from the northwest corner of the main Whistler Village. This makes for a very short walk to the centre (center for our American friends) of the village or less than a 1 minute drive. Sitting on its own 3/4 of an acre parcel of land, gives the property both a very nice and spacious back yard for your outdoor spring and summer activities along with plenty of room for up to 12 vehicles to park free of charge.

What makes this house unique

Your own private bedroom (and bathroom) mixed in with the nicest possible common area amenities to share with family, friends or co-workers that any home could possibly offer.

It was a great house for a large group. Everyone had their own private space and also had the space to have dinner together and play games, talk or play pool or hot tub! There weee 22 of us amd it waa not crowded.

Spacious and relaxing

Beautiful property, my group of guys were blown away. Lots of space and nice appliances provided. Television and sound systems much appreciated in all entertainment rooms. Will come again in the winter

Overall nice stay

Great house for the large group.

Only concern was a cleanness of the property-sticky kitchen floor.

Owner's Response: My apologies for the sticky kitchen floor, we always strive for a very well organized and 100% clean home for our arriving guests. After the home was cleaned following the previous guests departure there was tour given to potential future guests the same day as this group's arrival. I believe that this touring group may have caused the sticky floor issue that was not noticed by the staff member conducting the tour. This is not an excuse and we will strive to improve and to eliminate any sticky floors in the future.

Unforgettable Long Weekend at Lorimer Ridge Lodge

Could not have asked for better accommodation for our group of 17. The location is a short walk away from Whistler Golf Course and Whistler Village.

The home is phenomenal and included more amenities than we expected.

On our way up, Fernando was easy to reach and provided us with all information required. We ran into a little bit of a snag in that the door code wasn't working properly, so I called Fernando and he immediately answered and provided us with a working code.

Once inside we were overwhelmed at how great the place was. Everything was clean and orderly and we could not wait to set off our weekend.

The next morning, the housekeeper, Andreann, greeted us and was extremely kind and friendly. She ensured we could contact her if we had any problems or needs.

The hot tub was working perfectly, the pool table was in great condition, all bedrooms, bathrooms and both kitchens were spotless.

We can't thank you enough for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

From all the boys at 50 Cups of Coffee, we appreciate you providing us with an amazing place to stay over May long.
