spacious apartment but not so new

The apartment is spacious and would be very nice if all equipment was newer (the photos are a bit photoshopped, it's not that new and clean). The lady from the agency was very kind but the day we left she was quite strange. First she told us she couldn't return the deposit as she was leaving and asked to send it to my bank account, which I refused. So she came the following day (wasn't she supposed to be leaving?) and she gave me the money. Then when I got home I received an email where she complained about a piece of furniture I had damaged. When I told her that I hadn't damaged it, she apologized claiming she had sent me the email by mistake!

Owner's Response: Buenas tardes,el alojamiento no solo es amplio, sino que se encuentra excelentemente situado a tan solo 100 metros del mar. Durante todo el día ilumina la Luz natural del Sol ,siendo apetecible sentarse en la preciosa terraza. Las Fotos son reales y están realizadas por nuestro Fotógrafo Profesional. Castelldefels posee la cualidad de tener un clima moderado todo el año. Por ese motivo trabajamos con Turistas , prácticamente los 12 meses. El apartamento durante el Invierno, tiene dos Radiadores ,que ya hemos comprobado son suficientes, pero no obstante, además amablemente ,decidí traerles un tercer Radiador, para que estuviesen más cómodos y confortables. También les proporcionamos otros tamaños de accesorios de cocina. Confeccionamos un modelo de Contrato con horarios de Entrada y salida. Pero cuando los clientes deciden , (por su cuenta) cambiar ese horario,la Fianza, solo en estos casos ,se devuelve al otro día, mediante transferencia bancaria. Sobre todo en días Festivos,donde nuestro personal descansaba por ser período en Fiestas Navideñas. Como siempre hemos intentado satisfacer a nuestro Cliente(a), con Simpatía, Educación y buena voluntad de nuestra parte. Prestando así un servicio que ha sido correcto y sobre todo humano.
