This 3 double bed one story Villa sleeps 6 people and has a wealth of fantastic vistas from olive tree groves down to the sea, to the spectacular panoramic coastline from west to east following the Kyrenia Mountain Range giving you incredible mountain and sea views. Although the bungalow is in an elevated position the accommodation offers one story living once you leave the car on the driveway with easy access to the bungalow and pool. For the more energetic there are stairs to the tiered garden which take you down to the road by foot with a short walk to Kayalar village.
Kayalar Villa has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday, 3 large sofas in the lounge area, indoor dinning area for 6 people, with picture windows to benefit from the fantastic sea views. A well equipped kitchen and facilities for outdoor alfresco dinning, with BBQ,Grill and Pizza Oven on the front balcony. 3 double beds : 1 king-size with en-suite, 1 double and 2 singles with family bathroom, provide accommodation for 6 people comfortably. There is a private pool and terraces to sunbath with sunbeds and beach towels provided, so whether you want a retreat away from the madding crowd or rest after a day exploring, you can make Kayalar Villa your own home from home.
Kayalar is a peaceful village surrounded by farmland and olive groves. There is a secret beach to explore on the Kayalar coast within walking distance and other small beaches to explore along the coastline with Horseshoe Bay 3 miles away with beach bar. A 10 minute drive along the coastal road will open up opportunities to dine out at beach and pool restaurants, as you travel into Karsiyaka, Lapta and Alsancak for local dining out to meet all manner of tastes including: Tradition Cypriot Meze, Indian, Chinese, Turkish Kebabs, British and Italian cuisine. This is also where you will find a variety banking facilities, shops and supermarkets with lots of home brands (English teas/Breakfast cereal) continental brands, and Turkish Cypriot brands with plenty of local fresh citrus fruits side by side with other fruits, nuts, vegetables, fresh milk and bread.
A 30 mins drive takes you to the picturesque harbour town of Kyrenia with its many shops and restaurants, perfect for shopping, lunch or a relaxing meal/drink on the harbour watching the world go by. 45 mins drive to the historical city of Nicosia. In Kyrenia and Nicosia you will find Casino Hotels for those who like to gamble and possibly win your holiday for free!
There is plenty to keep you occupied within easy driving distance from Kayalar such as a water park at Lapta; horse-riding; snorkelling; diving; fishing and turtle spotting.

My partner Nick and I have been together for 17 years now and have travelled together around the world to different countries. We have looked at different places with a view to buying a Villa for some time, but nothing seemed to fit, until we found the unspoilt natural setting of Northern Cyprus, with beautiful beaches, olive groves and spectacular mountain ranges. The people are very friendly and helpful and the economy enables you to have value for money when eating out and shopping. The markets offer fresh local produce and the slower pace of life helps you relax and unwind. We enjoy family holidays with our son in Northern Cyprus where children are encouraged to eat out with their parents in the evenings in restaurants which welcome families as part of the culture. Northern Cyprus is a peaceful country with Turkish influences, that works in harmony with the Turkish Cypriot way of life to promote the rustic way of life lived for centuries, celebrating historical places like the Castles which tell stories of the crusades and religious places such as The Bellapais Abbey and Monastery which are an iconic part of Northern Cyprus. We have only just bought Kayalar Villa and the views just took our breath away! Kayalar Villa is in the Village of Kayalar a 10 minute drive from all the restaurants and shops, banks and markets. The Villa offers you uninterrupted viewed from the swimming pool, terraces and balcony to enjoy olive groves that reach to the shore line and a coastal view that stretches from east to west.
A natural setting for a relaxing holiday!
The Villa is a bungalow and therefore all the rooms are on one level, but as the property is perched on the side of the mountain, you command spectacular views once you have driven up the drive. You leave the car and the area is level with no need to climb the stairs unless you feel energetic and want to go down the stairs to the road. This makes the Villa suitable for all abilities, although I would say that young children should always be supervised for safety around the pool and stairways.
Kayalar is a very natural and unspoilt part of Northern Cyprus and a car is a necessity. Short drive along the coast to the main tourist areas, with bars,restaurants,water parks,sub-aqua clubs, sailing and horse riding. Kyrenia is 30 minutes away for all the main shops and casinos and a beautiful Harbour to dine out or take a cruise and have your evening meal. Another 15 minutes from Kyrenia to the Korineum Golf and Beach Resort for all you keen golfers, complete with a day spa for all those Golf widows...Ercan is the nearest Airport an hour away by car with Turkish Airlines and Pegasus Airlines who have competitive rates with Larnaca Airport in Southern Cyprus which is an hour and a half in the car and have Budget Airlines such as Easy Jet and Ryan Air...Transfers can be arranged from Ercan and Larnaca at extra cost...There is plenty to do and lots to see, I look forwards to hearing from you for a holiday to remember!

Electricity: an allowance of of £60 a week is included in rental. This is more than sufficient to run appliances, pool and air conditioning for normal use.
