About the property

Two storey townhouse. The ground floor consists of an open living room on two levels with fireplace, a room attached to fully equipped kitchen by a breakfast bar, toilet, washer and dryer area and a large terrace with sea and mountain views. On the top floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and terrace overlooking the sea. The other bedroom has two single beds, one trundle, plus a wardrobe and mountain views.

Fully furnished and equipped house. Equipped with sheets and towels (not beach) and a free comprehensive cleaning of this is done before and after the stay of tenants. Parking, swimming pool and gardens.

Two floors duplex. The first floor consist of an open living room with two heights With chimney, a fully-equipped kitchen attached With the living room by an American bar, a toilet, a washing machine and dry zone and a spacious terrace with amazing views to the sea and the mountain. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a fully-equipped restroom. The main bedroom has one double-bed, a built-in closet and a terrace with sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds, one of them a truckle bed, a built-in closet and views to the mountain.

Furnished and fully-equipped house. With We provide sheets and towels (not beach towels) and the house will be cleaned by a cleaner before and after tenants arrive. Parking, common swimming-pool and garden.

Quiet apartment with the most beautiful views!

I booked this townhouse villa with a few friends as we were coming to Ibiza for a friend's wedding. It's tucked out of the way on a lovely quiet estate, you will definitely need a car here! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely too. Each morning you would wake up to the most breathtaking view of the sea. There is also a really lovely restaurant a short walk away up the hill at the entrance to the estate. You can hike down to the sea, but it is quite steep and a long way, definitely worth it though!

If I come back to Ibiza I would love to stay here again as I had such a wonderfully peaceful week here at this villa.

Wonderfull location and view. Property very clean

It was a wonderfull stay at the appartment of Alfredo. Alfredo and Piquita are very kindly.

The appartment area is quite, beautiful view, it was very clean, nice swimming pool. The appartment is in the mountains, so a car is very necessary.

Every needs where in the appartment.

Near by the appartment is a supermarket, really nice restaurants: thai food, la luna, pizzaria. and you are with the car close to some beautiful beaches.

I really recommend this appartment. We where with 4 people, 2 parents en 2 young adults. It was perfect.

If we go back to Ibiza, we will go back to this appartment!

Beautifully located property with fantastic views. Property excellently maintained.

We had a wonderful time and pleased we chose this property. It was excellent; great location and met all the needs for me and my two teenage children. Nicely maintained, clean with all the necessary amenities. The listing was reflective and accurate description of the property. The owner was very service oriented and wishing to ensure we had a problem free holiday set up excellent logistics to receive the key and return them after our stay. Certainly can recommend this property for a family of four.

The location is spectacular ...... a bit of a drive to beaches but all worth while.

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Natur

Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub im Ferienhaus von Alfredo verbraucht. Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung nahe San Miquel de Balansat, die Berge, der Pinienwald und die Aussicht sind toll, die Lage absolut ruhig und perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub (Mietwagen vorrausgesetzt). Die Wohnanlage und der Pool sind schön und gepflegt. Die Liegefläche um den Pool könnte jedoch öfter gereinigt /gefegt werden und die zwei kaputten Sonnenliegen sollten entfernt werden.

Das Ferienhaus ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts, außer einem weiteren Topf in der Küche (mittlere Größe) da wir oft gekocht und uns selbst versorgt haben.

Sehr schöne Strände befinden sich in der Nähe (Port San Miquel, Benirras,10 Autominuten).

Unser Lieblingsstand war Portinatx: flach, leuchtend türkis und perfekt für Kinder.

Wer Ruhe sucht und schnorcheln möchte, ist in der Cala des Xuclar neben Portinatx genau richtig. Auch der Osten und Westen der Insel sowie Ibiza-Stadt lassen sich von hier aus gut erkunden. Der Besuch auf dem Hippie-Markt ist empfehlenswert, aber im Sommer ist es natürlich sehr voll. Wir hatten viel Spaß und kommen sicherlich wieder

Dejlig lejlighed. Stille område. Poolen havde vi nærmest for os selv. Der var rent i lejligheden.

Nødvendigt at leje bil for at kunne komme til og fra området. 9 kilometer ned til stranden.

En rigtig god oplevelse og vi kommer gerne tilbage.
