The house of 250 m² built in 18 century Périgord style, very friendly, quality design and relaxing. Ideally located between Dodogne Vallée (Sarlat) and Lot Vallée (Rocamadour).

This house is in a quiet area, close to the Dordogne River.

The shops and the town center is at 10 km distance. Large windows allow you to discover the garden side of 9750 sqm, the pool 4m x 9m secured by an alarm ( heated from April to November ) , terraces (sun or indoor) allow true relaxation for parents and good facilities for the whole family. Private and closed parking (for 2 cars) and outside parking. Beautiful decoration. Through lounge of 52 m², kitchen-dining room 31 m² (cuisinière large volume, fridge, freezer, washing machine), 4 Bedrooms from 20, 21, 22 and 30m² (single or double beds), 3 bathrooms , showers, 3 toilets. Mezzanine, laundry in the basement. Many games for children: volley, football, badminton, bicycle, basket ect..

Also you have one apartment at 50 meters from the house (on the same property) for 2/4 personnes with one bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen and one dining room. This apartment are always rented with the house ( same guest !!!) .That mean you can be 8 personnes at the property (6+2) . The price of this apartment it's from 10€ to 20€ per day and per personne ( see the picture on the weeb site).Perfect if you want some of your guest a little separate and also for disable Personnes.

I bought this property in June 2015.

The place are perfect in this Dordogne valey for holiday. You are close to all the best to see ( 30 to 45 minutes. Sarlat 30mn, Rocamadour 30mn, Les Eyzies cave 45mn, Dordogne Valey 40mn, the best castels to see 25 to 45 mn, ect... ). The house are so charming and the view are amazing over looking the valey. The house has been full restore. The house has not overlooked and you are not to separate . We are only 5 houses in this village.

Relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings

We stayed at Andreuilles for 2 weeks in August with our 4 children, my 70 year old father and our dog. The villa was absolutely beautiful and offered us adequate space and everything we needed for a carefree holiday. The detached gite was also a welcome addition, giving my father ground floor accommodation and plenty of privacy from the rest of the family. Our children loved the pool and spent most of the day in there, while we relaxed in the sun and made the most of the peaceful surroundings. We ate out a few times in nearby Nadaillac-de-Rouge, but most of the time we were happy to stay in the villa and cook for ourselves (especially after stocking up on the great local wine!) The villa owner Philippe is extremely warm and welcoming and is always on hand for any issues before and during your stay. Overall the holiday was exactly what we were looking for and we would definitely consider going back again next year.

Great house in wonderful location

We stayed in Andreuilles for a week in May and what a superb week it was. We were two couples and used two of the three spacious bedrooms (we did not use the detached cottage - the gite). The house overlooks a valley with peaceful green hills in the distance and is ideally situated to explore and taste the many amazing delights of the beautiful Perigord Noir and the Dordogne, and the Lot region to the east and south. The house itself has been very well renovated, is very spacious and comfortable, and is very well set up with all anyone would need. It is only a short walk to Nadaillac de Rouge (where there is a terrific restaurant), only about five minutes' drive to Payrac (where there are shops with basics) and about 20 minutes' drive to Souillac (where there is at least one large supermarket and a nice little farmers' market across the road). We ate in most nights and enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the peace and charm of the garden and the view. Philippe is a wonderful, gracious and generous host who made sure we had a great stay in his house. This was a holiday of a lifetime. Highly recommended!

SO GOOD........we didn't want to leave !!!

We stayed for a month and wish it had been longer !!! We were a party of six adults and two large dogs ....using both the main house and the garden gite....as we needed a ground floor bedroom. We received a wonderfully warm welcome from Philippe (the owner)....and his care and consideration continued throughout the whole month. Both the house and gite are comfortably furnished and provide everything you need.....the heated pool and gardens were a delight and the location provides perfect peace. The local restaurant was super and we spent many evenings there.....especially enjoying my husbands birthday when the chef/owner of the restaurant made us feel very special ! The only bad thing about this house is having to leave it !!! Thankyou Philippe for your kindness.....and hospitality....we look forward to seeing you again in the future !!

Peaceful, idyllic

We spent a lovely week at this beautiful house. Very peaceful, very beautiful. Perfect for our family of 5, and a lovely heated pool which my kids used even in April! Phillipe was a wonderful host and went out of his way to ensure that we where comfortable and had everything that we needed. We ordered our pastries and bread each afternoon and picked them up from the little village each morning which is about 1km away. A must to do when staying here is to have dinner at the Hotel Chastrusse in the nearby village (where we picked up our daily bread) - very rustic but we had 2 wonderful dinners there. There isn't much else around so you definitely need a car. Nearest supermarket was approx 15 minute drive. We where in a good location to view all the amazing sights of the Dordogne region... most places where a half hour drive or so but we thoroughly enjoyed visiting all the little villages along the way.

Memorable stay in amazing surroundings!

We spent the most fantastic week at this lovely, charming and peacefully located house. The relaxing hours by the pool, the huge garden where the kids could run around without disturbing anyone (although few neighbours and not too close by), the fig trees full of fruit, the view over the valley while enjoying a bbq... all very pleasant. The quaint little village is nearby with a nice restaurant that also provide bread service (which we picked up during our morning run).

Within easy reach we went around visiting villages such as Sarlat and Rocamadour. We also went canoeing in both the Dordogne and the Lot river, which is a must in this region. So much fun and beautiful scenery! And the food... amazing!

The extremely helpful, accommodating and very nice owner, Mr Bappel, did everything that our stay would be as pleasant as possible. Fantastic contact before, during and after the stay.

We can warmly recommend this house to anyone seeking a home with a beautiful atmosphere while exploring this gorgeous area in France.

Lovely charming house so peaceful

We spent 10 days at Andreuilles with both our families and a few friends. We enjoyed a feast on the lawn while the sun set. The weather early september was nice and not too hot. The house anyway stays cool, perfect to sleep well with absolutely no noise. We lounged by the pool and explored french marchés to buy the specialities. The owners came a few times to see if evrything was fine and even gave us a nice bottle of wine. We hope to return next year as we need calm, silence and easy way of life.
