I grew up in New Paltz, New York, on the Hudson River halfway between New York City and Albany. I moved to Savannah in the Summer of 2002 when I accepted my position as Sales and Demonstration Pilot for Gulfstream Aerospace. I really enjoy living in the Historic District; there is no substitute for the history, scenery, dinning, and nightlife that downtown Savannah offers. In my spare time, I began renovating properties in the heart of Savannah's Downtown Historic District.
During my 14 year tenure at Gulfstream Aerospace, I have had the amazing good fortune to travel to over 100 countries; many of them repeatedly. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in almost every major city in the world. While staying in these amazing properties, I would always take notes on the décor and amenities I found most desirable. I have included many of these ideas in my property back here in Savannah, hoping to use my experience to provide amazing accommodations to the discerning traveler.

This is the best location in Savannah. You're in the center of the Historic District on the same block as Paula Deen's 'The Lady and Sons' restaurant.
This condo has 16 foot ceilings, beautifully restored hardwood floors, a full sized washer / dryer, DirecTV, and an elevator.
My husband and I really enjoyed our week in Savannah at this condo. Very modern, spacious and close to everything. We walked everywhere downtown and spent one very pleasant day out on Tybee Island! This condo had a very comfortable, large bed. It actually has two like that but we only used the one bedroom. We loved both bathrooms and we always love a full size washer and dryer. Everything was perfect and Savannah is a must-see city. So friendly!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is conveniently located in the historic section of Savannah and is within walking distance to the riverfront, city market and all the other sights. There are plenty of restaurants and places to grab a drink near by as well. We loved walking everywhere. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend staying at this great vacation home when visiting Savannah.
We rented the condo for 5 nights for the St Patrick's Day celebration. Unbelievable location - right next to the parade route. The condo itself was great. There were 6 of us splitting the rent and it was perfect. I can't tell you how awesome it was to be able to run into the condo to use the bathroom during the parade. The high ceilings and modern furnishing were very nice.
We had a girls reunion trip at this location! It was perfect for the 6 of us! Great location, exactly as described! Owners work very well with you! Would go here again!
We (two couples) spent a long weekend enjoying the Savannah Music Festival, great food and sightseeing around Savannah's historic squares and museums. This condo is in the heart of it all and in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We parked the car on Thursday and didn't see it again till Sunday. Mike had some great food recommendations that were on the mark. We will try to get this condo for next year's festival.
Excellent owner and management. Beautiful, modern condo with everything you could need (including parking, wifi, direct tv, extra pillows and blankets). We spent a great deal of the day explore in barrier islands and the evenings exploring savannah and every morning at the Coffee Fox across the street
