A beautiful decorated, fully furnished and in a quiet newly built gated development with own private park. The flat has also its own two parking spaces and it is 10 minutes walk from Bromley shopping centre and 10 minutes away from train stations taking you directly to the touristic and business centre of London.

The flat is delightfully furnished and boasts oak flooring to all rooms, skirting boards, and complete kitchen.

Accommodation includes an open plan reception with dining table and kitchen. Two large bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom to the main and a spacious walking wardrobe.

Marian Gardens is on Plaistow Lane, which is conveniently located for access to Bromley Town Centre and Bromley North Station serving Lewisham for the DLR, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. The location offers quick access to the A20 and M25 making it quicker to get to City Airport (35 min.) , Gatwick Airport (50 min. ) and Heathrow Airport (65 min.).

For the Olympic village, change at Lewisham for DLR or at London Bridge for Jubilee Line.

Bromley offers a variety of restaurants, bars and leisure centres. Chruchill library and park on the high street. For shopping the high street and the Glades Centre offer all the major shops and department stores.

Perfectly Sublime

Our family (2 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 1) stayed in this incredible apartment for 5 weeks. We had the privilege of dealing directly with the owners, who were extremely accommodating and thoughtful. The check-in process was seamless with the owner personally taking us through the apartment to explain how everything works. On arrival, there was also a lovely basket of goodies that made our settling-in much more pleasant.

The apartment is located in a beautiful gated estate with secure parking and an expansive garden area where the kids can play and adults can unwind. For those with a pram or reduced mobility, you have easy access to the apartment via a lift (this also helps when you need to carry up your groceries). The layout of the apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is perfectly suited to a family of four (even with older kids), two couples or could also comfortably accommodate business travellers (there are also two additional couch-beds / futons in the apartment if required for larger groups).

The kitchen contains everything you could possibly require to cook a wide variety of feasts and includes additional crockery and cutlery should you need to entertain visitors. All of the appliances, crockery, cutlery and cookware are of a very decent standard. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy, which made us feel at home right away.

The location of the apartment is perfect for those wanting to be able to access central London easily, but who prefer the peace and quiet of a more suburban area. Travel without a car is convenient with bus stops in both directions on your doorstep; taking you to either Sundridge Park Station (3 minutes), Bromley North Station (15 minutes) or Bromley South Station (20 minutes). Depending on which busses / trains you use, you can be in central London within 45 minutes of leaving your front door. Once in central London, the various transport options available will take you to most major tourist sites or business centres with ease.

The area is also incredibly scenic, and there are some great golf courses around. You also benefit from a large shopping centre (The Glades) and the adjacent High Street, which has every shop you might be looking for during your stay. The Glades and High Street are 20 minutes by bus.

The apartment is modern, the furniture and fittings are of a very high standard and the attention to detail by the owners makes this a perfect place for short or longer stays.

Gorgeous apartment

This two bed apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated in a good location. The owner was extremely accommodating and the welcome bundle of food/drink was a nice touch . Train station only a 20 min walk away, so was a great location for visiting London. Would highly recommend this apartment, and the free secure parking was a great bonus.

A Very Happy New Year

This delightful two-bedroom flat was perfect for our stay this past Christmas/New Year holiday. Beautifully decorated, well equipped and ideally situated for visiting with and receiving friends/family from the area.

Picking up/dropping off the keys was hassle free and the owners were super friendly.

The property is cosy enough to make the three of us feel at home and spacious enough to host a family gathering on New Year's Eve.

We'll certainly be back again this year!

High quality apartment convenient for Bromley

My family (of 5) spent Christmas week in this very well finished apartment. The development is set in picturesque grounds and is very secure. The accommodation was very comfortable, was ideal for our requirements and provided everything we needed for our stay. Fabulous stay in a beautiful flat

We have just had a wonderful stay in this flat. The property was well appointed with a good standard of finish and plenty of space. The underground carpark was very useful on the frosty, snowy mornings - no having to clear the windscreen in the cold! The flat is in a gated development and was very quiet. There was a choice of local of local shops and restaurants a short distance away.

The owners were very welcoming and accommodating even when our check in was delayed because we got stuck in traffic en route from the airport. There was a welcome pack on arrival which included the essential tea, coffee etc. (including a very welcome bottle of wine).

We would stay in this flat again as it definitely met and indeed, exceeded our expectations.

Kommen gerne wieder

Liebe Ariane und Familie,

vielen Dank für eine sehr schöne Woche in der wirklich tollen Wohnung. Schon im Vorfeld haben wir den herzlichen Kontakt per Mail sehr schön gefunden. Der persönliche Empfang und die Betreuung waren allerdings noch viel netter: Angefangen mit einem prall gefülltem Willkommenkorb (Wasser, Wein, Milch, Saft, Croissants und Marmelade und passend zum Fest einem berühmten goldenen Osterhasen :-) , begleitet von vielen Tipps für die Zeit vor Ort und schlussendlich sogar noch leckeres Gebäck für den Heimweg. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Die Wohnung selbst ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern und wir haben uns sehr heimisch gefühlt. Es ist sehr angenehm nach einem langen Sightseen-Tag in eine schöne Wohnung zurück zu kommen, deren Küche so ausgestattet ist, dass man gerne noch mal was kocht.

Bromley selbst hat uns auch gut gefallen, wer gerne läuft findet hier einige schöne Strecken und man findet auch fußläufig gut erreichbar einiges zum Einkaufen/Shoppen und Essen gehen.

Nach London selbst gelangt man rasch entweder mit Umsteigen ab Sundridge Park (5 min zu Fuß) oder direkt ab Bromley South (20 Minuten, wenn man gemütlich läuft).
