We very much enjoyed our Christmas week at this lovely large but cosy house and would love to return in the summer sometime, just to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space.
One thing I would say is that there are quite steep steps/slope from the parking area to the house that would benefit handrails.
3 of our party are in their 70s and struggled a little, especially with the snow and ice that we had for a couple of days during our stay.
Large, spacious house, very well equipped.
We were with the whole family (7 - including a 5 year old. Ample space for all and 2 bathrooms helped. Able to sit evenings out on the terrace as very lucky with weather. Found the closest beach with difficulty- no directions! No DVD player (advertised). Otherwise v well equipped.
Lovely house in a peaceful location!
We had a lovely weekend with friends in this comfortable, well equipt house. The children loved playing hide and seek in the garden, They wanted to stay forever!
Amazing place to stay
Awesome gardens and house, beautiful area to sit outside weather permitting of course
Wow was our first impression.
Lovely house in a very good location with beautiful well kept gardens. We had a lovely weekend and the weather was absolutely gorgeous. The house is well equipped, very clean and although you have to take your own towels the owners did supply hand towels which was good as we did nt think of them. Only negative thing is you can't adjust radiators and on the first evening it was a bit chilly. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again but next time it would be for longer.
This house is beautiful. It is homely, welcoming and perfect for a family visit. We really enjoyed the garden and log fire. I would definitely recommend it and will be back!
