Three Bedrooms, Three Bathrooms, Lots of Space, Sleeps Eight People, Serviced.

This incredibly spacious three bedroom apartment is in the centre of Dublin City.

It covers two levels of the apartment block, with a very spacious open plan kitchen/dining room.

The kitchen is fully equipped will all the mod cons, including a washer/dryer machine, Bosch coffee maker, and everything you might need to prepare food.

The living room has a wealth of space, with a study included, a comfortable seating area, with a 40 inch TV with UPC Cable channels. There is also High Speed WiFi internet throughout the house.

There is a bathroom upstairs, and in the centre of the apartment a stairs leads down to the three double bedrooms and two other full bathrooms. We can also provide four foldable single beds in the living room to sleep a max of ten people.

The apartment has two spacious balconies and secure basement parking with an elevator up. There is a beautiful garden at the entrance.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before each guest arrives, freshly laundered linens and towels are provided for all guests. You are met on arrival outside the Radisson Blu Hotel on Golden Lane. You are checked in, helped with your luggage, and shown around the apartment. If you need anything during your stay, we are available to help 24/7, just call us.

We also meet you on checkout to take the keys and thank you for staying with us.

This was wonderfully located within 5 minutes of the Temple Bar area. Walked to every major attraction. Joe was extremely helpful with the apartment and area. 4 star rating.

Fantastic stay in Dublin!

We (a family of four with 2 kids and grandma/grandpa, so 6 altogether) just returned from a wonderful vacation to Ireland. The apartment was the perfect "home base" for the trip. Easy walk around the corner to shops/restaurants/sights/Temple Bar and at the same time quiet and secure location. Private parking space down in the gated underground garage was perfect for our day trips out into the country. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and quiet with great views. Also wanted to make sure to post this review because the previously mentioned smell/mold issue had been completely resolved and is not an issue at all. Check in/out was very easy. Overall, the perfect "home base" for our Ireland trip!

Brilliant view, but the smell...

I really debated over writing this review, but the whole purpose of this process is to assist others in having a fantastic vacation....so that being said....I am going to be as fair as I can be.

Positives: The view is wonderful! The apartment is big. It is on the top floor and that means we didn't hear little feet above us. It is very close to everything and walkable for spending time is Dublin. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe, with many restaurants near by. The building itself has many security features and underground parking.

Negatives: The smell! When we entered into the apartment the first time...there was a STRONG musty smell, possibly of mold. We figured it would just need to be aired out so we opened all the windows and wiped down many of the surfaces. We went out for a look around and for dinner and upon returning the smell was still present. We slept with the windows open even though it got cold...because the outside temperature was better than the smell. I sent a message about the smell and was told someone would be there the next day...no one came. We were there only 2 nights and the smell stayed. It was a good thing our family had Zyrtec and Advil with us. When we checked out, I was told a professional would be there to take care of the smell....I was also asked not to mention the smell in a review and to please give a positive comment.

I feel that I have tried to be fair...giving the positives and the negatives. But I feel that I had to give a true and honest review for others. Hopefully this will be fixed for the next guests! That is what I hope others do when I am picking homes to stay in. BTW....I have been using Homeaway/VRBO for 10 years...the reviews are so important for a great stay!

beautiful apartment, great location, but with a mold problem

The apartment was beautiful, in a great location, and Mark and his team were very easy to work with in getting checked in and out of the apartment. However, the apartment itself and the overall building have experienced maintenance problems that significantly undercut the value of the apartment for the price. The apartment itself has experienced some sort of water/plumbing issue, so there was a significant mold problem that was particularly bad in one of the bedrooms, and the appliances and lighting were "glitchy" - for example, we couldn't get the dryer to work, the lighting worked in some places, not in others, etc.

Very good

Lots of space,great location,excellent communication with owner. Met promptly at the property on arrival.

Property was exactly as advertised and very clean.

Easy walk to Temple Bar and the Brazen Head pub.

A little more information on the area with a few maps would help if you are first time in Dublin.
