Two bedroom holiday cottage on a working fruit farm in the heart of the Kent Weald, Sutton Valance, Kent, sleeping up to six guests.
Enter through French doors from the decked verandah straight into the open plan living space. High vaulted ceilings and large windows flood the space with light. A modern, well equipped kitchen area, with large dining table and two comfy large sofas in the lounge area make this a great space for holiday relaxing. The double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room and the twin bedroom has an additional TV to the one in the lounge, in case guests choose to view a different programme. The option of a sofa bed is available should you need more sleeping space. The decked verandah is south facing and has a gas BBQ and outside table and seating for the warmer months. Although there are no direct views from the cottage, a short stroll away towards the picnic area at the top of the farm provides stunning views across the Weald. There is the option for larger parties to book Innishfree the adjoining cottage and the interconnecting doors can be used to link the two properties.

Innishfree is situated on a working fruit farm in the village of Sutton Valance in the heart of the garden of England. The pretty town of Headcorn is just three miles, with its pretty gift shops, supermarket, pubs and cafes and a mainline train station which can take you to London in an hour. The market town of Maidstone is five miles away and has a thriving shopping arcade. The historic town of Rochester with its links to Charles Dickens and Rochester Castle is just thirty minutes drive. As you would expect being in the heart of the Weald, there is lots to see and do, from castles to gardens or heading a little further afield and discovering the Kent or Sussex coast all reach able within a hour's drive.
