Step out on your private balcony featuring great views of park and Melbourne Harbor Marina. The Condo is fully furnished and offers 700 square feet of open concept space. You are just a short ONE BLOCK walking distance to Historic Downtown Melbourne. This scenic stroll will provide you many options: Fine restaurants, (Chart House, The Mansion), Casual Dining, Cafes, Coffee shops, Boutiques, Antique shops, Music Venues, Painting with a Twist, Manatee Point, and the Indian River lagoon. Melbourne Harbor Condo is a 2 mile beautiful stroll over the Melbourne Causeway, overlooking the glistening Indian River, with a "safe-lane" provision designed for walkers/bikers/runners will lead you straight to the Public Beach/Indialantic Park w/ restrooms, showers, volleyball and more shops/restaurants/coffee shop. (Starbucks/Cold Stone Creamery/Bizzaro's Pizza)! The perfect place at the right price for family vacations, extended stay business travelers, corporate relocation, Government travelers on TDY orders, FIT students, and anyone wanting to get away for a week or more! Deposit, Pets and Rules: * Deposit includes $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee, which we will use to prepare our condo for the next renter.
* We will inspect the condo upon your departure, and assuming there are no damages or lost items, we will promptly refund the balance of your deposit.
* Pets (dogs under 20 lbs., no cats) are allowed, but only by prior arrangement with the condo owner's approval. Please note that an additional non-refundable Pet Fee of $75.00 will apply.
* Please; no smoking inside the condo.
Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of 50% is due at booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, unless prior arrangements are made with the condo owner. Personal checks, credit card, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy: We will refund 100% of your money for cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $150.
Great central location to access downtown as well as the beaches. Nice shady park behind unit and relaxing view of the harbor. Complete amenities. Owners were very accommodating.
Toilet does not have a strong flush.
The condo was perfect for our purposes. We were exploring the Melbourne area as a potential retirement town. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. We were also able to have our dog with us, and there is a great little park adjoining the building all set for dog walkers with bags & disposal bins right there. Nice view of the harbor, right next to the bridge over to the ocean beaches. Walk to town to shop & sample the restaurants.
There are trains running 24/7, but I assume you would hear them from anywhere in the area that you would stay. The bedroom has a double bed & we would have liked a queen, as we normally sleep in a king. But the mattress was comfortable.

The condo was located in a perfect location for our needs; adjacent to the road that takes you to the beaches, convenience to 95, and walking distance to a downtown experiencing a revival period (and some very good restaurants.) The dog friendly park adjacent to the condo was a major plus! The condo itself was clean and comfortable and felt like a large hotel efficiency. Parking was ample. Seamless transaction.
The condo is within walking distance of Historic Downtown Melbourne, live theatre, many restaurants, shops and bars. It is minutes away from the beaches and Historic Eau Gallie's shops and art museum. It is 63 miles from the Orlando International Airport and just over an hour drive to Orlando's theme parks and attractions. Enjoy a scenic 25 minute drive to Cocoa Beach, visit Coconuts, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, or you are within minutes to Port Canaveral to catch a weekend cruise, or have a nice dinner and watch the cruise ships set sail!
