Tideswell Stanley barn
Beautiful location and plenty of things to do in and around the area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a lovely setting and the barn is comfortable and a great place to wind down. Would love to return one day. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.
Lovely cottage in charming village..great Peak location
My family and I had a great stay at this cottage in early July. Chloe and Jean are friendly and helpful with advice on places to see, and easy to contact for questions. It was nice having off street parking, access to the beautiful courtyard, and a well stocked place to rest at the end of the day. They really have done a nice job on the place. In addition,Tideswell is a beautiful village which is close to hiking and rock climbing in the Peak. The fruit/veg box from the greengrocers was great value and was almost too pretty to eat :-) We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave. Thanks for an amazing "home away from home"! We hope to return if we're ever in the area again.
Lovely tideswell stay
The property was very homely and had everything we needed. Chloe was a great host, answering all our queries very swiftly and offering excellent advice on walks in the area.
Location of property was brilliant and it was also very quiet.
We will certainly be returning.
Great short stay
My wife and i really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this lovely barn conversion as an extended stopover on our way north.
It was nice that we could bring our 4 year old golden retriever (Ollie) too - essential, actually! He we also very happy & relaxed.
Very nicely laid-out and appointed property with comfortable furniture & beds and great shower !
Many thanks and we look forward to returning someday.

Lovely and cosy! Perfect spring trip - highly recommended.
A few friends and I rented this property for a weekend reunion together in May. The manager of the property was very accomodating from the point of booking, offering a complimentary bottle of wine, bread and milk of our choice to get us started!
The property itself was perfect for our party size, offering a cosy living area and kitchen diner allowing us to eat and socialise together.
Beds were comfortable and also games/dvds provided for our use - it really felt like a home from home! The property is also in a perfect location for local shops and pubs, as well as access to the lovely rural surrroundings for an explore. Perfect for groups of friends or families.
I would highly recommend this property - I am certainly hoping to come again!
