Whether you want to surf, eat, relax, shop, visit galleries or simply chill, we love visiting St Ives and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
What makes this Apartment unique
When we're away, we want to be able to relax locally as well as explore the area and a parking space is extremely convenient in St Ives as we believe everything needs to be easy when on holiday. The apartment warms up quickly with the storage heaters and has everything you need to hand for your convenience. It is a quick drive to Tesco (which you pass on the way into St Ives) or a walk down to the Co-op.

Perfect sized accommodation for my wife and I with every amenity we needed with the real bonus being able to park our car right outside the property . Ideally situated just minutes walking distance from the nearest beaches and the town centre.
Would recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to return.
Unfortunately the apartment was unsuitable for my husband's needs. Everything was too low, the sofa, the toilet, chairs but particularly the bed which was also too close to the walls on both sides so it was impossible for us to stay 11 nights and we came home after one. Very disappointing as we had been looking forward to St Ives.

The toilet, sofa, chairs and double bed are all normal size items.
Fantastic property with easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants. We found walking down to The Harbour Hotel and having a drink overlooking the sea amazing with it not being too busy too. Would definitely stay again, excellent correspondence with the owners prior to staying. Only one criticism is that a proper iron would of been handy but only because we were unorganised not to iron things before we arrived. Thanks very much.

An ideal retreat for two in St Ives
A lovely one-bedroom apartment (ground floor within a small block of ground floor and first storey apartments) modern in style and tastefully decorated with its own, dedicated, off-road parking space. Ideally situated for exploring the beautiful town of St Ives with all its amenities and fantastic beaches a short (downhill) walk away.
The apartment is well equipped. The kitchen has everything you would reasonably require. A decent sized TV for nights in, and wi-fi which is quick and reliable. Plenty of clothes storage in the bedroom and a comfy bed. The shower-room is compact but adequate with a nice sized shower with room to turn around and bend over!
The only improvement would be the provision of bath-towels instead of the smallish towels provided but the towels supplied were adequate.
All in all, a little gem and well worth a visit.

55km to Newquay airport, approx 40 minute drive. Hire cars available at the airport (recommended to book prior to flying).
Nearest train station is St Ives which is a 5 minute walk to the apartment.
The apartment is situated centrally in St Ives, the most famous of Cornish holiday towns, with the mild sub-tropical climate, warmed year round by the Gulf Stream.
Fabulous restaurants with fresh fish.
St Ives is renowned for its art and there are workshops, studios and galleries everywhere including the Tate Gallery.
Or take a leisurely walk along the coastal footpath, perhaps, south to Lelant with the opportunity to return by train or opt for a more energetic hike west towards Zennor.

There are so many things to do and places of interest to visit in Cornwall, the National Trust has many fine houses and gardens on its lists.
