This very modern, ultra chic maisonette has been furnished with the greatest care and upmarket soft furnishings. All the rooms are finished to very high standards.It is located in a prime position and close to restaurants, shops and gorgeous beaches. There is a pool/bar/restaurant opposite the apartment block and they offer two swimming pools and a great food. Open all summer.
It has two very large double bedrooms, main on-suite and both bedrooms has direct access to the large courtyard. There is a very comfortable double sleeper coach in the lounge. The apartment features a large sitting room, with Plasma screen TV and Android box, open plan modern kitchen with dishwasher, separate ultra modern dining room, very large BBQ outside terrace furnished with 6 seater table and chairs, very modern corner lounge suite and sun recliners, two bathrooms and separate entrance from the building.
The maisonette will be all yours for the duration of your stay.
We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers.
The apartment is situated close to all the main sandy beaches in Malta.
I have been living in Malta for the past 3 years. Originally from South Africa, moved to the UK in 2002 and came to find the sun in Malta in 2012! I started in 2013 with a Bed and Breakfast in my beautiful old farmhouse, Casa Sonette, and then acquired another very large holiday house , Casa Birmula, in the stunning location of The Three Cities in Malta and now I also have an apartment on the beach!
My husband still lives in the UK due to his work and I have two grown up daughters. The youngest also lives in Malta and my oldest one lives in London. Life has been full of fun and I just love living in Malta where the people are friendly, the sun is shining almost every day en life is a breeze!
My steady stream of guests in all three my holiday properties are a wonderful way of meeting new and interesting people from all over the world. I wont change one single thing about my life at the moment!

This gorgeous brand new development attracted my attention when I drove past the unfinished building a few times last year. I decided to purchase two maisonettes and has been thrilled with my choice. It is opposite a beautiful and relaxing promenade for great walks and swimming in the sea. The views are spectacular and it has many lovely restaurants and even a pool club right on the doorstep! This is really a dream come true....sun, sea, swimming pool and very beautiful accommodation!
It is also very close to a main shopping street. Fresh veg and fruit stalls are just outside the apartment for daily shopping.
The main benefits of Harbour View Place will be the proximity to the most popular sandy beaches in Malta! It is 10 minutes by car. The local beach across the road is great for a morning swim and stroll along the beach.
If you are a walker, the ancient Roman trail is right on your doorstep and will be great for winter picnics and excursions. The ferry to Gozo is 15 minutes away.

Lovely clean apartment. Spacious and great location. Good restaurants within walking distance and easy bus access to St Pauls and all over the Island. Aqua bar and pool looked lovely but closed due to time of year (March). Very much looking forward to coming back and Sonnette very welcoming and helpful. A great long weekend.

Just arrived home from this very spacious appartment that had everything you needed. Quite resort a stones throw from busier resorts if you want to see more of the island. Booking was easy, we got prompt replies to lots of emails when asking different things about the apartment and the area. We were given lots of ideas on things to do and places to visit. Great recommendations about the best beaches. The pool over the road always had sunbeds to use and the bar was well priced.
We were met at the airport by the owner who gave us the keys. As there was no booking the day we left we were able to stay until we wanted as our flight was not until late in the evening.
I left a jacket in the apartment and the owner is kindly going to send it to me, much appreciated.
Sonette's apartment is perfect. We were a group of 4 adults and a teenager, in addition we had many visitors (for a brew or a wine) as our wider family were in Malta for a wedding. Everyone thought the apartment was stunning (much better than where they were staying!!) The apartment is amazingly spacious, and equipped with everything you will need. The view from the front is stunning, and there is a mini market nearby where you can buy anything you need as well as yummy bread. The Roman Road just behind the apartment is a wonderful walk. We found a lovely cove where we swam each morning..... I wish I was there again!
Sonette organised a taxi from airport, John who was lovely he took us to apartment where Sonette met us and showed us around which was a lovely touch.
The apartment is exactly as pictured and the sun trap outside was perfect for us to sunbath in privacy.
One thing that isn't given justice is the beautiful view right outside the front door! Every morning we'd open the door and eat our toast whilst looking at the sea.
Shop just down road which was ideal, pool across road, we went here for food which was lovely.
Bus stop at bottom of road will take you anywhere on the island for €1.50!
Perfect apartment which made our holiday. Sonette has furnished the apartment to a high standard and the tele has any channel or film you want!
Defiantly visit again!
