Charming, quiet and bright one bedroom apartment on the third and last floor of a small 30's building with a balcony at the back overlooking the gardens.

The flat has-been Entirely renovated in November 2014 and is Located in a quiet and residential street two steps away from the vibrant Parvis St Gilles, the trendy Chatelain and the chic Place Stephanie / Louise Avenue.

High ceiling, wooden floor, this 70m2 flat can accomodate one or two people. The bedroom: has a very comfortable queensize bed.

The kitchen is separated and fully furnished (coffee maker, dishwasher, over, microwave, boiling machines ...) and HAS year access to the balcony.

The bathroom and toilet separated.

The apartment is fully equipped and guests can use WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher at no additional cost.

Bed linens and towels at disposal.

Access:

If you are coming from Zaventem or Charleroi airports, make your way by rail or by bus to South Station Train Station. From there you can take the metro lines 2 or 5 to Mint (only 2 stops) or use the tram lines 3, 4 or 51 to Parvis de St Gilles (2 stops as well). Both stations are

5 minutes walk to my flat.

A "Villo" station bike rental are aslo available not far from the flat.

Charming apartment, calm and bright on the 3rd and last floor of a small building of the 30s. Small balcony at the rear not overlooked with view of the gardens and part of the Carmelite monastery.

The apartment was completely redone in November 2014, it is located in a quiet residential street close to the lively square of St Gilles with its bars, restaurants and markets, the Châtelains trendy and chic Place Stephanie / Avenue Louise.

Fitted with high ceilings and antique pine floor, this beautiful 70m2 apartment can comfortably accommodate one or two people. The room has a queen size bed with matelat pocketed springs closes. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped (coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, induction plates, kettle, microwave ...). The access to the balcony is made by the latter.

Bathroom with hair dryer and washing machine, separate toilet.

The apartment is equipped with free wifi for guests. The linen is provided.

Easy access to public transportation, you can take the subway lines 5 and 2 off at Mint or the tram lines 3 and 4 that will allow you easy access to the Gare du Midi (train and bus for airports Zaventem and Charleroi as well as Thalys and Eurostar), to the business district and the historic center. Also close to the apartment there are bicycle rental stations "Villo".

                                                      Un extraordinaire séjour

                                                      L'appartement est situé au tranquil et bien communiqué quartier de Parvis Saint-Gilles (15 minutes de la Grand Place). Il y a aussi une grand voie comercialle à 8 minutes de l'appartement et, plus près, des petites boutiques.

                                                      L'apartement est aussi beuacoup tranquil, et encore mieux qu'on peut voire a les photos à Homeaway. Le lieu est tout renouvelé, et il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est grand: tous les chambres sont larges, et on peut s'installer avec confort parce que tout est très bien equipé, même le chauffage (nous sommes allés au desembre). Il y a aussi une terrasse derrière, que pour le printemps ou l'été doit être fantastique.

                                                      La propriétaire est très très gentile. Elle nous a tout très bien expliqué, et elle a été toujours pendante des questions que nous l'avons mis pendant notre séjour.

                                                      Nous avons eu un si bon séjour que nous sommes en train d'organiser, peut-être au printemps, un nouveau voyage à Bruselles, 20 rue de Lausanne.
