I grew up coming to Locust Lake Village and this place didn't disappoint. Perfect getaway for my family. We'll be back!
We absolutely loved this home! Where can I begin?.....The house was spacious and beautiful! When I first walked in I was like WOW! The best thing about this house I admired was the high ceilings. Any room with high ceilings give a more spacious affect, not that the room needed high ceilings because it was already big. I loved how the living room and kitchen are all in one room yet have their own space. While I was cooking, I was able to talk to the family and watch TV as well. The kitchen has two sided sink and plenty of silverware, dishes, large utensils, coffee and drinking cups, brooms, cleaning supplies,...you name it...it has it!
The deck was so nice and peaceful with the trees in the yard.
The basement was awesome! The children had a blast down there playing games. It has a living room in the basement and extra bedroom. All the bedrooms were roomy but our bedroom which was the Master was fantastic. Not only did it have a walk-in closet, it was spacious, our bathroom had his and hers sinks, a separate shower and a giant jacuzzi tub! That tub was spectacular. It was clean...EVERYTHING in this house was clean!
Last, the I lived the separate space and loft next to our bedroom on the second floor. My daughter loved having her own little open space. Most of all, the landlord was very helpful and always got back to us if we needed anything.
So thanks again Micheal, we really loved the home! We will definitely be coming back! I would definitely recommend this to others. The movies, stores, malls, horseback riding, lakes, etc...it was so nice. I loved it.
Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay at the chalet. The home was very modern, clean, beautiful and most of all quiet. It made an amazing weekend getaway both enjoyable and relaxing
This property was Awesome, it had everything we need to stay comfortably and was very spacious. We have been renting in Locust Lake for five years and this was by far the best yet. The cabin looks small from the front but once inside there was more than enough room for eight of us. Kids had a blast in the basement, they enjoyed the freedom and we enjoyed the piece and quiet while relaxing upstairs. The owner Michael was more than helpful and did a great job making our stay seamless. Thank you very much Michael, we will be back....
It was a perfect and unforgettable staying in a beautiful cabin. I and my friends had a wonderful time without any problem or discomfort. We are willing to come back for summer time anytime soon.
Thanks for providing us a perfect cabin.
First, let me state that working with Michael, the owner was a pleasure. He stopped by the house to make sure everything was running correctly. The house is amazing. Much more beauthiful than the pictures let on. It was very clean. The kids and men loved the basement. The foosball table, air hockey table and big screen TV were awesome. The ladies enjoyed the living room gas fireplace. It was very relaxing. The kitchen was very big with everyhting we needed to make thanksgiving dinner. We got a foot of snow while we where there and my children used the driveway to sled. We left our sled there and there was already a wooden one available. Overall, great property, would definitely stay again.
