This beautiful modern 1 bedroom apartment is finished to a high standard with everything you should need. It is situated in tropical, well maintained gardens, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. A 10 minute stroll will take you to the many restaurants, shops and forms of night life you could ask for. The local supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. The apartment has recently been fully refurbished and provides a fully equipped kitchen including an oven and hob. There is also free WiFi on site.
The complex is situated near the San Antonio Hotel in a peaceful complex. On the complex are two pools and with a plentiful supply of sunbeds and umbrellas, this makes it the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. With the airport only a 10 minute journey by car and all of Lanzarote's main tourist attractions all within easy reach, this really is the perfect accommodation for a great holiday. The apartment has everything you require including a shower-room with walk-in marble shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob and microwave. A 40" Smart TV on the wall, plus a DVD with movies for your enjoyment. NOW WITH PRIVATE WIFI.

I bought this property in June 2015 after staying on the complex a few times. The apartment has been completely refurbished and modernised with all new furniture and appliances, lots of hard work and lots of love.
What makes this Apartment unique
Bedrooms: Queen size bed & modern fitted mirrored wardrobes, a safe is fitted for your valuables. Bathrooms: Luxurious shower-room with walk-in shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Kitchen: Breakfast bar with oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you need for a self-catering break. Living area: In the lounge is a large bed-settee with further sleeping facilities for 2 more guests. A large 40" Smart TV on the wall. A DVD player and a number of movies is available for you to use. Cleaning/towels/linen: All bed linen, bath towels are provided. The property is cleaned for every new arrival. An additional mid-stay clean and linen change is available on request for a small charge of £25.00. Check in arrival time is 2pm and check out is promptly at 10am on your departure day.

A lovely home from home
We had a very enjoyable 6 week stay in Clare's very well equipped apartment which had everything we needed and more.
Plenty of bedding and towels and a great selection of books and dvd's
We didn't want to leave and are so pleased that we have managed to book for another stay.

Me and my partner had our first holiday here and we were more than impressed! The complex was quiet and had a very homey vibe to it. Clare was excellent with her communications and answered all of our questions. As someone who has the same colour scheme at home, this apartment was perfect for us!
Clare has thought of everything, plenty of DVDs and books for when the nights got chilly and the smart TV was brilliant!
The kitchen was perfect, the 4 ring hob and the oven being a huge bonus for when we wanted a night in. Plenty of utensils including pizza cutter which most places don't provide!
Another perk of the complex is how close to the beach it is, 100m maybe? Amazing for those early morning walks on the sand.
Me and my partner highly recommend the restaurant at the bottom of the road too, Bar Arepera La Avenida Lanzarote! The owner, Bailey was lovely and we went so often we were practically on a first name basis!
Overall, this apartment is perfect in so many ways, Clare you're a super star and we can't wait to stay again in May 2018!

Great apartment in a small complex . swimming pool and sunbeds ,no problems getting one.And only a short walk of a few hundred metres to the beach
A fortnight in Playa Park apartment no 14
We stayed, for the second time in apartment 14 Playa Park, and like the first time, it was a lovely place to say, everything you needed, and more, was there.
It is so conveniently located very close to the beach and to the promenade for lovely long walks, lovey restaurants are nearby and if you want to go a bit further you can either walk, take the bus or a taxi, so plenty of choice.
The complex itself is lovely and very populair, it is nearly impossible to book you next holiday there, fully booked already, especially in May and October, I think you might have to book 2 years in advance!!
But that is very understandable since there is a lovely atmosphere.
So I would certainly stay there again, give the chance!
Had a lovely 10days at #14. Is exactly as described. Great location. Very friendly complex. I've already told my parents they would love it and they are hoping to book for their next holiday.
