This beautiful modern 1 bedroom apartment is finished to a high standard with everything you should need. It is situated in tropical, well maintained gardens, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. A 10 minute stroll will take you to the many restaurants, shops and forms of night life you could ask for. The local supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. The apartment has recently been fully refurbished and provides a fully equipped kitchen including an oven and hob. There is also free WiFi on site.

The complex is situated near the San Antonio Hotel in a peaceful complex. On the complex are two pools and with a plentiful supply of sunbeds and umbrellas, this makes it the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. With the airport only a 10 minute journey by car and all of Lanzarote's main tourist attractions all within easy reach, this really is the perfect accommodation for a great holiday. The apartment has everything you require including a shower-room with walk-in marble shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob and microwave. A 40" Smart TV on the wall, plus a DVD with movies for your enjoyment.

I bought this property in June 2015 after staying on the complex a few times. The apartment has been completely refurbished and modernised with all new furniture and appliances, lots of hard work and lots of love.

What makes this apartment unique

Bedrooms: Large 3/4 size twin beds & modern fitted mirrored wardrobes, a safe is fitted for your valuables.

Bathrooms: Luxurious shower-room with walk-in shower, hairdryer and washing machine.

Kitchen: Breakfast bar with oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you need for a self-catering break.

Living area: In the lounge is a large bed-settee with further sleeping facilities for 2 more guests. A large 40" Smart TV on the wall. A DVD player and a number of movies is available for you to use.

Cleaning/towels/linen: All bed linen, bath towels are provided. The property is cleaned for every new arrival. An additional mid-stay clean and linen change is available on request for a small charge of £25.00.

Check in arrival time is 2pm and check out is promptly at 10am on your departure day.

Notes:
The complex is situated near the San Antonio hotel, which is a short 5 minute walk to all the amenities that Puerto Del Carmen has to offer, unlike most areas in the Old town that involves climbing up steep hills. It enjoys a quiet and peaceful location and as the apartments are a mixture of owners only and rentals, there are never a shortage of sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a wonderful mix of British, Irish and Spanish owners who are all very friendly and helpful, making for a great atmosphere around the complex. The beach is a short walk and you can also hire bikes to enjoy a cycle ride along the promenade from the Old town through Matagorda all the way to Arrecife affording some superb views. Check in arrival time is 2pm and check out is promptly at 10am on your departure day.

Lovely quiet place.

Very nice clean and homely apartment in a quiet complex. Everything we required, modern kitchen appliances, plenty of clean towels and bedding.

The location is spot on, nice and quiet, a minutes walk to the beach, passing a bar/restaurant, couple of shops including a mini supermarket. Ten to fifteen minutes walk to a larger supermarket and then the main road/strip for our shopping, drinking, partying and eating needs.

Would definitely look to book this apartment again in the near future.

Absolutely stunning!

I've had a fantastic week in number 14 at Playa Park. The location is beautiful, the food is gorgeous, and the weather is amazing! Not much more you can ask for really, the apartment is very modern and clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The location itself is very close to shops and restaurants and even the beach!

But one of the best part about this apartment is that it's very peaceful! You can't hear any noise at night from the 'louder side' of Lanzarote etc, and the people here are very friendly! Probably the best service and experience I've ever had in a restaurant!

Another added benefit, the owner is great to communicate with, anything we needed Clare helped massively and is very flexible with times!

Will definitely be booking again soon! 5/5!

Just returned from a 28 day stay at Clare's apartment at Playa Park.We had a excellent holiday.The people on the complex were very friendly.Could always find a sunbed.Ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday. 5mins from the beach and 10 mins from the strip of P D C.,there's a couple of restaurants close by.We ate at the Lanzarote Hotel [just behind the complex] a couple of evenings which was very nice.where you can get a 3 course meal for 12 euros,just pay at reception.Hoping to return next year.Thankyou very much Clare .

Fabulous holiday at playa park in Puerto del carmen

Amazing! #14 was perfect, had everything we needed in this apartment, very friendly people at this complex which added to our holiday,evenings was so peaceful it was bliss just to sit outside and soak up the evening sunsets and appreciate the views of palm trees & pool,clear blue sky! Very clean complex inside and out, I wouldn't change a thing .. Local shop and restaurant just a few mine walk up the road, so its easy to stock up on bottled water and not forgetting the honey rum ( my new love) !! Lol we are so smitten with this complex and location that we will be returning to our new special place, all fallen in love with it,and didn't want to come home :-( oh the rancho Texas is a 10 minute walk from here, there was 8 of us from the complex that spent an amazing day there together, before I forget to mention The marble shower in #14 was Bliss, powerful and never ran out of hot water! The beds were also very comfortable and we all slept very well, sofa cosy n comfortable too, the ceiling fan in frontroom and fan in bedroom was also an added bonus,as we were told by other holiday makers that their apartments didn't have one..

I'm sure you will enjoy your stay at this beautiful peaceful complex .. We will return ...soon :-) Thank you to all involved for making our holiday a great one ! X

Nice apartment on a lovely complex.

Very well equipped and pleasant apartment. Is near to the main road, however this is not a problem, more an advantage as you are fairly close to the beach and shops while the complex remains very peaceful. Nice veranda overlooking the pool .Pool area was kept beautifully clean and tidy and is a lovely area to relax in with a very much appreciated cool dip.One slight problem in apartment was very quickly resolved by Claire very efficiently and pleasantly. Enjoyable stay.
