Excellent Home for Large Groups!

  • 5 of 5

Our group has stayed at the Alpine Villa for a number of years. Mike and Elizabeth are excellent hosts. This home is ideal for a large group. The kitchen is huge, as is the dining room. There is also a large outdoor cooking area. The house has several places to gather with your group. Plenty of room to spread out as well. The home has so many features that make it comfortable and enjoyable -- huge roman bath, pool table, two large TV viewing areas, huge kitchen, steam room, heated sidewalks, huge tables for dinners or breakfasts, plenty of bed space so you aren't cramped for space. You get all that, and owners that care! Great location as well. I can't say enough. For us, this place has been perfect!

Perfect Retreat Location

  • 5 of 5

The Alpine Villa was perfect for our team incentive trip for 17 people. We spent most of the time skiing the slopes during the day and thoroughly enjoying ALL the amenities of the home in the evenings. Elizabeth and Mike were exceptional in every way possible and we found Elizabeth's referrals on the website to be outstanding service providers. There are so many extras with this home that I can not begin to describe them all. As the hosts of this incentive trip, we appreciated the outdoor heated walkways so that slipping and falling was never a concern. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking, although we had our time there catered. The Roman Tub was a popular amenity with our group. I highly recommend this property and the owners!!!!

Executive Strategic Planning Retreat

  • 5 of 5

This is the third time we have utilized the Alpine Villa for our executive retreat. The sleeping accommodations and meeting room work very well for our needs. The setting in the mountains truly creates an environment for our group to come together from around the country and get some very important work done. Kelly Green at Ridge Street Catering did an excellent job on all of our meals. We also used the fully equipped gourmet kitchen and prepared a fabulous dinner together as a team. Mike and Elizabeth are great hosts and I look forward to our next visit to Alpine Villa!

  • 5 of 5

I would highly recommend staying at this fabulous Villa. Our family had a wonderful time. 20 adults and 2 children with 12 of them being ages 22 to 35. Thier was plenty of things within the Villa to keep everyone entertained while not on the sloaps. The location was awesome as well as the scenery. Rent this buitiful villa and you won't be sorry.

Thanks,

Holy Cross Church Ski Group

  • 5 of 5

17 of us rented this beautiful, spacious palace for four nights. We have been skiing together for seventeen years and have never stayed in such a beautiful home. Almost ever bedroom is a suite; huge kitchen made it easy for us to cook for the large group; elegantly decorated, heated ceramic floor tile through out; no hot tube, but a large Roman Bath! We never have had the Owners of the rented homes come to meet us; therefore, the Hawkins were unique in their wanting to know us. What wonderful Hosts, they even provided snacks for our trip back to the airport. If you are searching for a home away from home for your vacation stay; THIS IS IT.
