We are happy for you to use the double inflatable bed to put into the single bedrooms (or any other room) if you wish to extend occupancy at no extra cost - but you would need to provide your own bedding and towels, and bear in mind the facilities (such as chairs, seating, kitchen utensils) are only in place for 12 people.
Downstairs, the kitchen leads into the dining room and lounge through hidden sliding doors where there is a further set of double french doors which open up from the large lounge and dining area onto the shaded terrace. The lounge has a very big white leather sofa and you can watch Freeview English TV or French TV, or a DVD (many DVDS are there for all ages) from the wall mounted television. There is also a secondary mezzanine lounge with a further large sofa where you can quietly relax and read a book from the well stocked book shelf with the air conditioning on.
On the ground level there is a family bathroom which comprises of toilet, walk in Italian shower (with a solid shower door) and sink. In the utility area which contains some food storage area there is an entry door to the side of the property and large drive which can comfortably park 6 cars without obscuring your view from the terraces. For the children there is a very large 3.5m trampoline with net which you are more than welcome to use - but it has been well used by our own children and is at your own responsibility to ensure safety and care during use of the children.
The kitchen is newly renovated and refurbished with a top of the range Schmidt kitchen, Granite worktops, 2 ovens and has a large double American refrigerator and Freezer with filtered water dispenser and ice dispenser (both crushed and cubed), as well as a secondary large fridge and freezer so you can store many cold drinks and food at the same time. And also a 64 bottle temperature controlled wine cave for Red & White wine. There is large metre long Induction hob with room to sit around the cooking area as well as a Granite topped breakfast bar and 5 chairs, highchair, children's plates/cups and glasses, everything you will need to eat and drink from or with and Nespresso coffee machine.
The Kitchen and Pool area have Bose speakers that operate via Apple Airplay through your devices - which is also connected to the Television in the Lounge so you can pick your zone for music to play.
This property is in a rare location, no more than 4 miles from the sea - the gorgeous Blue Flag Valras plage and Blue flag Serignan plage, secluded but not isolated, and has great travel links (rail, cycle, airport, station) to pretty much anywhere.
