Beachfront 2-bedroom holiday apartment - spectacular beach and sea views

Beachside is our modern luxury seafront self-catering holiday apartment just 30 metres from the magnificent sandy beach at the award winning Millennium Quay in Llanelli, South Wales.

Beachside is situated on the ground floor providing guests with easy access and magnificent views over the sandy beach, sea and Gower Peninsula. The South-West facing patio doors open onto the private paved patio.

Our apartment is well specified and consists of an entrance hall, two double bedrooms (one with king size, and one with twin beds), an open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom with bath and powerful shower. Off the lounge the outside patio area has seating for relaxing in the sunshine.

Beachside apartment has a designated car parking space. There are also covered cycle sheds nearby on the Millennium Quay complex for cycle storage.

Lounge - A six seater corner sofa provides comfortable and relaxed seating, allowing you to enjoy the magnificent and ever changing views over the beach, sea and Gower Peninsula. With a south-westerly aspect, spectacular evening sunsets are a frequent sight throughout the year. For your additional entertainment the apartment has a large flat screen digital television and free WiFi internet access.

Kitchen - The modern well appointed kitchen is fully equipped and comprises a range of maple base and wall storage cupboards with a complementing laminate worktop, round stainless steel sink & drainer. Cooking facilities include a Schott ceramic hob with stainless steel splash back, extractor hood and a large Smeg electric fan oven. For convenience you will also find a full sized integrated dish washer, integrated washer/dryer and large fridge/freezer. Additional appliances include a microwave oven, toaster and jug kettle. A comprehensive selection of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.

Dining - A glass top circular dining table and four chairs will comfortably accommodate four adults at meal times.

Bedrooms - The two bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed, each having recessed ceiling LED spot lighting and bedside lamps, UPVC double glazed windows and electric heaters to keep you cosy during the winter months. Mattresses and bedding on all beds are brand new. The master bedroom provides a comfortable king size bed, plus plenty of storage within the four door mirrored wardrobe, bedside cabinet and drawer unit. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a tall mirrored wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The blackout blind will stop you being woken too early by the Welsh morning sunshine. We also have a travel cot available if required.

Bathroom - The modern bathroom is well equipped and provides a deep bath for a relaxing soak and an invigorating powerful shower, a hand wash basin and back to the wall WC. The recessed spot lighting and mirrored wall provide a touch of luxury together with the heated towel rail and electric shaver point. Bath and hand towels are provided but please don't take them onto the beach.

We are a professional couple who now have a little more leisure time away from the hustle and bustle of business life.

Beachside apartment is one of our two family owned holiday homes at the Millennium Quay.

We enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the spectacular seafront location as well as all that the area has to offer.

We have two grown up daughters and two grandsons. Both families love coming here.

FANTASTIC place, very clean with everything you need. And fool-proof instructions on how to use everything. FANTASTIC views over the bay and only 20mt from the beach. Kids play park 3 minutes on foot. The shops are located about 3-5 minutes away by car. Lots of things to do in the area.

Beautiful location and lovely apartment

We stayed here for a week in early September and although the weather was disappointing, the accommodation certainly wasn't. Very comfortable bed. Handy being able to park in a designated spot right outside. So peaceful with lovely beach walks and an everchanging view as the tide came in and out.

Great Apartment

Apartment is modern, clean and well equipped in an excellent location right on the beach with fantastic views and sunsets.Apartmentt was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and gave us direct access to the coastal path. Sosban restaturant, Discovery Centre cafe and Sandpiper pub are all within walking distance and Lanelli has plenty of shops for groceries etc. The apartment was a great base for exploring the area

The location and qualities of this apartment are outstanding. Apartment facilities are terrific and cleanliness was a particular feature. The views were very good as was the proximity to lots of places worthy of visiting, such as the Gower Peninsula. We had a great time!

Well equipped apartment in beachside location.

The apartment was very well equipped with great views of the changing tides and weather.Beach is about 50 yards away another plus is the 22klm Millenium Walk is handily located right on your doorstep.Thoroughly recommend if looking for a stay in South Wales area. Kris (Australia)

Modern, clean and good location

Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment which was clean and met our needs on this occasion. There are a couple of items the apartment could do with and some essential household things but cannot fault its location. Just a shame the sea appears to out most of the time and a long way off in the distance. Could have easily spent another 5 days so that indicates happy with our stay. Lots of attractions and restaurants around but do need the car. Llanelli not your usual tourist town although looks like they are trying to change this but that may be a bad thing. Have to say all the restaurants and pubs went to provided very good food (too good for the waistline). Would consider staying again.
