4 bedroom, 3 bathroom ski chalet sleeping 8-10 people

Chalet le Coq is a lovely family chalet located on the edge of Morzine, in the pretty village of Essert Romand. It has stunning views of the mountains up the valley towards les Lindarets. The chalet is only a couple of minutes drive into the centre of Morzine, and you can get easy access to Avoriaz via the Ardent telecabine, which is a 10 minute drive from the chalet.

The chalet has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread out over 3 floors, offering families very spacious accommodation for 8-10 people. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, with a double bed and a large ensuite shower room. There is also a further bathroom on this floor, a laundry room/boot room and a garage with plenty of space for storing skis and other sporting equipment.

The first floor is open plan with a large fitted kitchen and dining area, lounge with sofas arranged around a traditional Savoyarde fireplace and floor to ceiling windows opening out onto the balcony and terraces that wrap around the chalet. There is also the second double bedroom on this floor.

The second floor has 2 further bedrooms, a twin room and a double bedroom with king size bed. Both rooms have french windows opening out onto a balcony at the front of the property. There is a large family bathroom on this level with bath and seperate shower enclosure. In addition there is a great TV area on this floor with a sofabed which can be curtained off to provide accommodation for a further 2 guests.

For the summer months, and the sunny days in the winter, you can take advantage of the wonderful views from the balconies, and large terrace on the side of the chalet, perfect for eating outside. There is also plenty of parking space on the gravelled area directly in front of the chalet.

Chalet des Fleurs is an established company with 10 years experience of providing holiday rentals in Morzine, les Gets & St Jean d’Aulps. It is run by Jo Miller, who has lived in the area for 13 years, and assisted by her partner, Hervé Gaillard, who was born in the area. Between them they have a wealth of local knowledge & an enthusiasm for the area. Jo will meet you at the chalet on your arrival, and will be on hand to assist you for the duration of your stay.

All our properties are independently owned and have been selected by us based on our experience of what guests look for in a holiday home. Our aim is to make your holiday as hassle free as possible, starting with the booking process right down to helping you organise any extra services through our network of professionals, such as ski lessons , ski hire and ski passes . You can even opt for a fully catered package if you want the flexibility of a self catered holiday but don’t want to cook every night.

Chalet idéal pour 2 familles,situé à moins de 10 mn de plusieurs domaines(st jean d'aulps,avoriaz,chatel et morzinz /les gets).

Nous avons profité du ski tout en appréciant le soir le cocooning du chalet COQ.Tout était vraiment parfait à commencé par la gentillesse et l’organisation de Joanna.

The chalet is located in the village of Essert Romand, which is on the outskirts of the popular ski resort of Morzine. Morzine is located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area with over 650km of ski pistes. There are also ski cross country trails, sledging, snow shoeing and lots of other activities for the non skier during the winter months.

In the summer, you can take advantage of the many activities in the area, white water rafting, mountain biking, road biking, swimming, walking, climbing etc or just relax and enjoy the stunning mountain scenery.

Morzine is also just over an hours drive from Chamonix, Annecy and Geneva, which are also well worth a visit.

The price is for rental of the whole chalet on a self catered basis and includes linen, towels, logs for the fire, WiFi internet access, and the end of stay clean.

Catering can be provided for one or all nights of your stay.

To confirm the booking we require a 30% deposit and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival in resort.

A security deposit of Euro 400 is required on arrival at the chalet. This will be returned after your stay provided you leave the chalet in a reasonable condition, and there is no damage or breakages in the property.
