About Linda & Bill

Bill and I live in Peterborough, NH. We have 10 grandchildren with one on the way. We have been very blessed with a wonderful life. We come down often when we can get away.

Linda & Bill purchased this house in 2007

Why Linda & Bill chose Dunedin

We bought this property because of my brother. He bought a home here in 2005. Always telling us about Dunedin FL. Bill and I were not big on Florida thought it as a retirement state. After coming down for Christmas in 2007. We bought our home on Christmas Eve. We have never looked back. The town is just right. Not to big, Not to small. Not over developed. Only private restaurant's, ice-cream shops and boutiques are aloud in down town. Always things going on in the center, art shows, dog parades and movies on the quad on Friday nights.

Beautiful home. Excellent location

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful first visit to Dunedin this year. Linda and Bill's house is so lovely and comfortable. We felt right at home. A real bonus for visitors is how close you are to the things you want to do. Just a pleasant walk from the main shopping area. We were also there to cheer on the Toronto Blue Jays for Spring Training and the stadium was also a nice walk away. Honeymoon Island is a must, and Linda and Bill graciously share their pass to this beautiful part of the area. We used the bikes they provided to ride the Pinellas trail several times. It was just a wonderful vacation and we are looking forward to future visits.

You really do feel the oak tree's energy - its wonderful

  • 5 of 5

Although we had a few hiccups the first day, the owner was very quick to correct and treat us responsibly with respect and fairness.

We had a very nice stay. We only ate at a restaurant 3 times the ten days we were there and that was because of a friends birthday celebrations.

We do suggest you bring your own pillows if you like soft pillows.

Dunedin Review

  • 5 of 5

Had a fantastic week in Dunedin. I was there for work all week and brought my family. Linda was very easy to work with. The house was perfect. Very homey & nice. Super comfy beds. A+ location. The area is a complete diamond in the rough. We walked to dinner and or breakfast daily. My wife walked the boys to the local park daily. We enjoyed honeymoon island just about every afternoon. I can't say enough about the area and the home. I hope to be back next year.

Nice property and amenities, great location

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed the Dunedin property and location. Could walk or ride bike(provided) to downtown or ride the Pinelllas Trail. Loved the Honeymoon Island pass (normally $8 a car), beach chairs, etc. and a really nice beach area. The town of Dunedin is great and it's really convenient to be able to walk. Owners were also very nice to work with.

Great house, great location

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time staying at Linda and Bill's home. It was clean, had a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, and the location was fantastic, only minutes from town and on an adorable brick street.

Linda was very attentive, calling the day we arrived to make sure everything was okay in the house and letting me know about a few things we might not have noticed.

The next time we vacation in Dunedin, we'll definitely rent from them again.

Well appointed , clean and walking distance to town

The home had any thing we needed. They even had beach toys for the kids. The beach pass was an extra benefit. We walked down town as a family to the restaurants and festivities . The bikes were great, we used them often on the Pinellas bike trail. Will come again
