Expect a large kitchen with a wooden dining table to seat six. The kitchen also opens out onto the paved garden, complete with table and wrought iron chairs – perfect for al fresco dining. The cosy living rooms boasts two sofas feature fireplaces. Large bay windows bathe this room with natural light.
The master bedroom has a UK king-size bed (5ft wide), with mahogany chest of drawers, dressing table and another fireplace. The second bedroom has a small double bed (4ft wide) set in a pretty white wrought iron bed frame. The bright family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, and there is also a separate WC downstairs.

The property looked good from the photos, and far exceeded our expectations when we arrived. We chose this address because it was steps from our daughter’s Fulham flat. It’s two bedrooms, dinning, kitchen and sitting room provided abundant space for mum, dad, and nan (grandma). The kitchen was fully modern with a very well-stocked Kitchen. Several restaurants were within walking distance. A Tesco (small grocery) was very close for a quick evening wine run.
Taxis were difficult to catch from the area, and we became very familiar with the convenience of Uber which worked perfectly. There are several sets of stairs (for those who need to consider that), and a nice enclosed private patio/courtyard off the large kitchen. Overall, the price was a very good value for a very nice home.
The staff at Ivy Lettings were beyond helpful and it was a completely smooth transaction process to get the keys and they have a helpful notebook at the house which answered most questions. We will definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend Ivy Lettings to anyone needing accommodations’ in London!
The property is 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station giving easy access to other parts of London. The station itself has multiple amenities including an 8-screen cinema, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
The Fulham Road, with its endless shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes, cinemas and theatres attests to its status as the new go-to place for upscale attractions. On the boundary between Chelsea and Fulham, any veteran sports fan seeking to catch a glimpse of 2012 F.A. Cup winners and European Champions, Chelsea F.C., can book a seat for a home game at the Stamford Bridge stadium located just next to Fulham Broadway station. This holiday rental also borders the famous King’s Road, a delightful mix of chain stores and high-end boutiques. The area is home to the impressive exhibitions at the Saatchi Gallery, the horticultural displays of the Chelsea Physics Garden and the splendor of Sir Christopher Wren’s Royal Hospital, which plays annual host to the Chelsea Flower Show.
