Stunning first floor apartment with wonderful high ceilings, overlooking Eccleston Square. We are delighted to introduce this beautifully furnished apartment, decorated by its renowned interior designer owner. Located within easy walking distance of Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace, this home enjoys a quiet residential location with the convenience of a very central location.
Living & Eating
The centrepiece of this magnificent home is its very elegant sitting room, with comfortable sofas, chairs, stylish and tasteful decor and very high ceiling, a feature exclusive to the first floor flats in these beautiful classically English buildings. For entertainment it also has a TV with freeview channels. (Please note the fireplace is ornamental only.) The apartment has a fully equipped and very modern kitchen (with adjoining utility room with laundry facilities). The dining room adjoins the very large living room and opens onto the terrace directly overlooking the square gardens. In summer, patio furniture for the terrace will be provided, allowing for very civilised al fresco dining also.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There is one bedroom, with a king size (5ft wide) bed. This room also has a TV. A beautiful en suite marble bathroom adjoins the bedroom, with bath, shower (over bath), basin and loo. The apartment also has a separate cloakroom off the hallway.
Access & Layout
The property is set over one floor on the first floor of the building. There is one flight of stairs (no elevator).

Ideally located a 2 minute walk from Victoria station, this central London vacation rental is excellently served with an abundance of local amenities, with grocery stores, ATMs, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants all within a few hundred metres. Transport links are equally convenient, with Victoria bus, train and tube station within walking distance, allowing easy access to the rest of the city. Pop down to the riverfront, a short walk away and take in the splendid views of the bridges stretching across the Great River Thames. Riverboat services to Waterloo and Southwark run from Millbank Millennium Pier - these run as water-taxis but are a great way to see the city from another angle as you travel. Travelling along the water’s edge you will come to the refreshing green space of Victoria Tower Gardens, and soon after Big Ben, Parliament Square and Westminster Pier.
