This expansive, luxury condo occupies the ENTIRE FOURTH FLOOR ON THE BEACH at the prestigious Molino de Agua in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. For groups seeking THREE PRIVATE BEDROOMS with CONNECTING BATHROOMS, this is ONE OF FEW OPTIONS. While many condos in this complex are advertised as having 'three bedrooms', almost all have only two bedrooms plus a small, open den by the front door (with no bathroom) that is called a bedroom. Consequently, many sleep no more than 4 guests nicely. As a distinction, WITH THREE BEDROOM SUITES, this home accommodates 5 to 8 guests in privacy and comfort.

ALSO UNLIKE MOST in this complex, this vacation home features ALL ROOMS WITH BEACHFRONT BALCONIES AND SLIDING GLASS DOORS THAT OPEN TO THE OCEAN. It has 3,678 square feet of living area with a full-length, wrap-around balcony -- in front of others. MOLINO DE AGUA: Molino de Agua is the only gated, drive-in complex in Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romantica. Expansive grounds (largest in area) with beautiful tropical landscaping include sun terraces, palapas, and fountains. Relax among tropical trees and around an extremely large, beautiful, heated infinity pool with swim-up bar and restaurant. Enjoy bar and food service on the beach.

OUR PERSONAL SERVICES: We have a Private Property Manager with an assistant, who manage maid services and provide Concierge assistance. In-house chef services are options. Also available are VIP airport transportation services with stops for shopping and other private van services. Detailed tourist information is provided. A long, gradual ramp into the infinity pools provides easy acess for the handicapped. Infant children are welcome as are walking children of at least five years of age. This luxury condo in the front half of Tower One, which occupies a full floor on the beach, has the only layout in the Residencias Molino de Agua complex that is designed to accommodate six to eight people in full privacy and comfort. This layout alone has a private third bedroom with connecting bathroom. In this complex, it alone has ocean front verandas for all rooms, expansive vistas, views of sunsets plus refreshing ocean breezes and sounds of waves in all rooms. It alone provides a special luxury experience with views and sensations that must be experienced to be appreciated.

Our family has just enjoyed the most spectacular Spring Break here at Molino De Agua. Thanks to Skip and his entire gang for making our stay so wonderfully happy and stress free. The ocean views and accompanying sounds were brilliant. The condo is exactly as photographed..... amazing. We walked everywhere, without need of a car or taxi. We were surrounded by many, many fabulous places to eat and shop. Our favorite restaurants included the Blue Shrimp (looked after exceptionally well by Bruno and Edgar) and the La Cerveceria Union. We also highly recommend Galleria Alpacora for art et al. This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta, and it could not have been lovelier. We're already starting our search for flights for our return trip. Thanks again Skip and co.

Better than the rest

My wife and I have stayed in many other condos at Molino De Agua over the past 8 years, by far and away, THIS IS THE BEST! True beach front offers more deck space, a MUCH better view, great indoor cross breezes, quieter and roomier. Skip has tastefully furnished and stocked his condo with everything you might need. He offers professional van rides to/from the airport, much better than the taxi gauntlet after a long flight. Housekeeping was 2-3 times a week, others are only once per stay. Molino De Agua is in the middle of everything, walking distance to everything. For longer trips, bus stops (a real experience in PV) are only steps away and can get you pretty much anywhere for less than a dollar. Skip’s attention to detail and near immediate follow-up on inquiries is second to none. As always, the OCEAN GRILL was a highlight. Skip, we will be back….

We have been coming to Molino de Agua for the last 8 New Year's but this is the first time we've stayed in a front unit. We are now totally spoiled. The views are amazing, especially watching the fireworks on New Year's Eve. The condo was immaculately clean, the furnishings tasteful, and every amenity you could want is there. Housekeeping was provided during our stay.

Skip, the owner couldn't be nicer and was extremely professional and efficient during the booking process. Communication was extraordinary. Transportation to and from the airport was provided, including a stop at Costco on the way in to stock up on supplies(wine mainly for us). He was even nice enough to purchase champagne flutes when we mentioned we would be celebrating the New Year with lots of bubbles.

Molino de Agua is the best building and the best location in PV and this was the best condo in Molino. We will be back.

Would Not Change a Thing!!!

Seven long time friends had an amazing week! Not only was the condo and complex opulent, but the immediate area provided all the entertainment we could possibly have wanted. The restaurants are just simply top notch and reasonably priced.

We enjoyed whale and dolphin watching right from our balcony over morning coffee!

The great work of Manuel, the security chief was much appreciated. Although we did not feel at all vulnerable anywhere we went in PV, he does a great job of making people feel very welcome and at home in Molino de Agua.

Totally loved it!!!

WOW!!!! The most amazing view!!!!!

The best condo in the best property in Vallarta!!! When you walk through the door you can't help but say, "WOW"! The views are spectacular. Airport pickup and drop off is a added feature, but really appreciated the included trip to Walmart. We will be returning!!!!!

Additional information about rental rates

1) All taxes and local fees are included in listed rates. There are no additional rent-related charges. Unlimited calls to the USA and Canada and unlimited local calls through home phones are free.

2) Rates during most of the year cover up to 8 guests. Reduced rates during regular summer months cover 4 to 6 guests. During these months, a $50 per day charge each is added for a 7th and 8th guest. All rates are subject to change until a reservation is made and confirmed.

3) After providing a deposit for desired dates, a renter is required to sign and return a rental agreement. This agreement, which is attached to this listing, will be sent to you by owner soon after you secure dates with a deposit through HomeAway or VRBO.

4) There is a reference to a $500 damage deposit in the rental agreement. This is a requirement that can be satisfied simply by providing credit card information. No charges will be made unless there is damage for which a renter is responsible.

5) Guests may request VIP, round-trip, airport ground transportation with a stop for shopping at Costco or Walmart. Our referrals are made to Vallarta Van Tours, which has provided reliable service for many years.

6) Due to its location, desireable features, and number of repeat guests, many dates for this vacation home are reserved 12 to 18 months in advance. Please plan accordingly.
