Since 2015 the Tower has hosted the "Ironmen" athletes.
Ancient tower of the fifteenth century with a view over the Adriatic sea. It is situated in Silvi (Teramo), 1.5 km from the beaches and 10 km from the city of Pescara and 15 Km from the airport of Abruzzo. Its scenic location gives the building a striking impression of tranquility for a pleasant stay at sea and in the countryside of Abruzzo.

The first floor apartment has a separate entrance, hall with ancient staircase, large living room with views of the sea and Mount Maiella, fireplace, master bedroom, second bedroom with one and half French, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment is furnished with period furniture and equipped with heating, television and mosquito nets. The rooms have high ceilings with exposed beams, oak floors. The main entrance has security grilles.
The space of the tower is accessible by a staircase. It consists of two small rooms very bright and panoramic, engaged on reading and relaxing. One of the two rooms is upstairs and has set-up a single bed with nightstand.
