2 bedroom Penthouse apartment, with the apartment having it's own WIFI (code required), in a complex with facilities close to unspoilt beaches

These well situated apartments are fully equipped for a self catering holiday in North Cyprus.

A master bedroom, second bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen / living area offers guests the perfect place to relax,and enjoy both the complex facilities and the local area. The decor is of a high standard, the kitchen has everything you will need during your stay, and if you do not feel like catering for yourself our on site fine dining restaurant Joya is open from 9am through to late evening and serves breakfasts, snacks, lunches and a full Turkish and European menu.

To enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine there is a balcony terrace and roof terrace for al fresco dining offering sea views with 360 degree views of both the sea and the breathtaking mountain range directly behind the resort.

We can arrange any transfers or car hire, and would recommend flying to Larnaca as there are many flight options. With apartment only being an hour away from the Larnaca airport.

Complex has 2 pool areas, the quieter one being next to the apartment, and the main one a few minutes walk within the complex which has a baby pool, pool bar, gym, kids playground, golf driving net, golf putting greens and an air-conditioned TV room with Sky Sports.

As a keen golfer, we have a set out there for use if required just let me know.

Fabulous relaxing holiday

We have just returned from a 2 week stay and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is breath taking and the roof top terrace and added bonus - although extremely hot! The local restaurants were all very good, including the restaurant on site, but especially Sinay, which is within walking distance and Arafina (on the left hand side approx 9km on the way to Kyrenia) which offers great food and views over the sea or towards the five finger mountain.

The apartment was well equiped and had everything we needed - except for a hairdryer, but that wasn't really much of an issue.

We have now got the Northern Cyprus bug and after viewing properties for sale, intend to return in September to narrow our search to find our perfect holiday home.

I would definitely recommend this apartment and also a hire car, so you can explore the hidden gems.

Best views of the sea!

We had a great week in this apartment and will definitely be returning. It is situated in a quiet corner of the complex which also means that it has the best, uninterrupted views of the sea and coastline. Every morning we threw open the balcony terrace doors and sat out enjoying breakfast with a sea view. The mountains to the rear of the apartment also made for a spectacular backdrop.

The apartment itself was very clean with well-proportioned rooms and all the facilities that we needed for an enjoyable stay. There are several restaurants and bars nearby as well as a couple of supermarkets just a few minutes’ drive along the road. This was our first visit to Northern Cyprus and we had a really relaxing week. We have already recommended this apartment to several friends and are planning a return visit!

Great apartment with beautiful views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this penthouse apartment, it was very clean and comfortable and well equipped with a full size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The block is set slightly away from the other blocks so we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the uninterrupted sea view without being overlooked. Even better was the large roof terrace, furnished with sun beds and an umbrella, giving a 360 degree view of the mountains and sea. The site is very attractive with plenty of shrubs and flowers and is clean and well maintained. As well as the Joya restaurant on site there are many other bars and restaurants a short distance away. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in a peaceful location. We are already planning to go back next year.

Crystal Bay is a particularly beautiful unspoilt area on the North coast of North Cyprus. It lies 25km to the east of Kyrenia, and nestles beneath the spectacular Besparmak (or Five Fingers) mountain range that runs 160km across the North of Cyprus. This creates a unique viewpoint of both the mountains and Mediterranean Sea at the same time, bringing visitors back time and time again as they fall in love with this mesmerising sight.

The area offers direct access to the mountain range behind the resort, with excellent trails for hiking and mountain biking or even a challenging after dinner stroll. In fact there is local rambling group that meets every Thursday afternoon to embark on anything from a 3km amble along the many local paths, to a full blown adventure covering more than 10km over more challenging ground!

Alternatively there are many secluded and deserted beaches to be found within a 15km radius, some sandy, some not so, with Beach café's and restaurants or with total privacy - the choice is yours.

There are around 14 local restaurants in the immediate area. 7 of which are within walking distance (less than 2km) and the others still within 15km, just a 5-10 minute drive along the scenic coastal road towards Kyrenia, centred in and around the interesting village of Esentepe.

Esentepe has many attractions to offer besides the restaurants and bars. Here you will find all the services you may require such as a petrol station, 2 ATM's, butchers, grocery shops (known locally as markets) a motor mechanic garage and rent a car, mosque and local schools.

A local taxi company operating mostly in the evenings is based in Esentepe and can be pre booked for dinner trips and local journeys for up to 8 passengers at very reasonable prices.

Also the local bus service operates from Esentepe to Kyrenia (or Girne as it is known by the Turkish speaking local people) and runs back and forth 5 times every day between 7am and 7pm.

A 10 minute drive from the back of Esentepe village heading into the mountains lies a 13th Century Monastery, 'Antiphonitis' well worth a look if you are at all interested in the historical aspects of Cyprus or architecture from the periods of differing occupation of the northern part of the island.

Property is rented out on in good faith and is been kitted out for your use. Please treat as your own, any breakages or damages replace if possible or let me know. Any advice needed let me know. There is management at the complex who can help out with any issues while you are there.

On the unlikely event of having a changeover day with your departure or arrival. You will need to leave at 10am for departing guests and 2pm for arrival of guests. In order for the apartment to be cleaned and bedding/towels changed.
