This is a beautiful house, that is cleaned beyond an inch of it's life and maintained. GREAT LOCATION! NO CAR NECESSARY! This is a remodeled 1926, side-by-side, Spanish HOME/duplex located in West Hollywood. Best of all is the location . Other homes on this street fetch $4million in the hot real estate market . Prime SPOT! However, on a quiet residential street, away from noisy Sunset Blvd and crowded apartment buildings.. But just close enough to all. Only a block and half from Melrose with all the fabulous restaurants, boutiques, coffee houses, Sunday flea market ,the PDC, Cedar Sinai Hospital, The Sunset Strip. Hiking up Runyon Canyon..all right there!

We take minimum nights if it is a last minute booking, but may decline a short short stay if it is way in advance.

Transportation City Bus, UBER..easy.: Free Parking permits and Driveway parking! Guess what?... you can walk to the pick up spot for the Starline Hop On Hop Off bus tour, on Melrose. A great and hassle free way to see our city. The Redline is our favorite! Just a quick walk to be on the tour for stars homes of Beverly Hills, or Hollywood Movie world, then to the beach or to LAX. Perfect base for visiting our so-Cal family in Midtown LA and Pasadena. Conveniently located near many stylish restaurants on Melrose, Beverly, and 3rd--and close to our favorites, The Grove and Farmers Market, as well as Larchmont Village. Good base for tourists sightseeing farther afield--the beach at Santa Monica, Disneyland etc. Lovely, peaceful haven to return to after a day on the Freeways (!). LA traffic still and forever epic. Charming decor and as the French say, toutes les conforts--every comfort. Treesa is a gracious, sophisticated hostess and there are so many thoughtful touches.

I raised my daughter in this house and started a little business making baby shoes. The business grew and we moved to Santa Barbara. We loved it here and found the neighborhood charming and safe, I never want to sell this house. We poured much love into the remodel and will always keep this home for friends and relatives that need their LA Home!

Santa Monica Blvd is to the north about 2 blocks and gateway to famous restaurants and celebrity haunts. A short drive to La Cienega Blvd.- and restaurant row. Sunset Blvd is only 5 blocks north for famed Sunset Strip, Hollywood Blvd. is 7 minutes away for stars Walk of Fame and Hollywood and Highland. We are located right in the middle of what is really happening in Los Angeles. I could go on for days to tell you about all the cool things to do ... Robertson Blvd is the hip area. We just down the street off of Melrose Avenue, where there are dozens of boutiques, cafes and salons.

Lovely house, poor experience.

Loved the house and location, but the Dish TV would not hook up to my TV as planned or told. (I brought a larger screened TV with me.) I spent half the month trying to do "screen mirroring," but then discovered the problem was the house wifi. The house does not have a solid signal. Three units are connected to one wifi source and if someone in another unit is pulling power you get dropped. If you need wifi to work, stay away from this one. Also had problems with a guest in another unit blocking my car in the driveway and insisting he had the right to do so because it was street cleaning day. No, they did not. No apology, no way to contact him. He just blocked my car in and then yelled at me when I complained. Scary.

Owner's Response: Dear Marie, I want you to know that I take great pride in my homes and my service to short term renters and have been receiving extremely positive feedback from hundreds of guests over the past 10 years. I am truly sorry that you feel your experience fell below your expectations and I will certainly clarify any possible WiFi issues that you encountered. I wish you had notified me when it occured rather than after you were out. We have one designated wi fi for this house, easy reboot. However, in the interest of presenting all relevant perspectives, I harbor great disappointment and frustration in the unannounced (and not agreed upon) inclusion of your dogs our rental agreement. Pets are only allowed on premise with prior approval and on a case by case basis. Frankly, the clean up effort imposed by your dogs was considerably more than I bargained for! It was accomplished over a two day period and required deep steam claning and replacement of the rugs. There are dog walk bags for the waste ( inside! and out side ). In the future, I would strongly encourage you to observe full disclosure to landlords in any subsequent rental arrangements you may seek. I wish you only the best in your travels...

This is a quality property in a popular and safe part of Los Angeles. Attractive and a terrific kitchen. Driveway is a real plus. Appreciated Treesa Robinson's commitment to green energy. Loved our 2 week stay.

I've stayed at this home numerous times and it's always a great stay , great location , quiet and 100% safe at night. The home itself has great character and charm. I will continue to stay here when I'm in the city.

Perfect in every way!

This home was everything I hoped it would be. I have state and lots of vacation rentals and I must say no one does it as thoroughly as this management.

I love the neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and the house is immaculate. They were there to help us With any questions we had about LA and making our trip more enjoyable. West Hollywood can be a bit much, however, we felt we had our cozy nest in this big wonderful city. Walking to all of her favorite cafés and shops was so much fun.. It was a great trip and we will definitely be back.

West Hollywood Charm!

What a lovely home! A co worker and I shared the home and it worked out perfectly! You can't beat the location, very walkable neighborhood, great restaurants around including my favorite juice bar on Melrose! Bed was super comfortable, linens were perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, etc.

We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Excellent location.

Very nice house that offers all one might want for a holiday period. We had a good stay. Sadly we were ill with food poisoning while there so saw less of LA than we'd have liked. (nothing to do with the place we stayed - it was a cafe). I shall not go VRBO again however. I require, and consider fair, all charges up front not extras added as one goes through the insurance (extra is compulsory despite the fact that all of us had travel insurance for the trip), taxes, cleaning costs,

tips for the goes on. Travellers like us, and I am sure many others, like to know all that we are up for and pay up front, not find there are more costs gnawing away at those precious travelling funds which cost more than enough to obtain in the first place. Hotels charge everything in one package so why not private houses?
