Apartment standing, facing south, the slopes and the town center.

The Gioberney, small residence with lift, on the slopes and the resort center, return from the slopes, 30 m from the ski lifts, 30m from kindergarten, from the summer toboggan run, 100 m dot ski school meeting, 50 m of shops.

Direct access to ski slopes and closed garage in the basement of 30 m2. Also parking outside.

Three Keys Vacation Apartment Design, 60 m2 Carrez + 12 m2 Carrez out. Renovated in 2015.

South facing with 2 balconies overlooking the slopes and the Muzelle.

The apartment is equipped with double glazed windows and doors windows and electric shutters.

Super place with wonderful views and great location.

We stayed at the duplex twice during the summer and the owners were very flexible with arrival/departure dates. Check-in /out were a breeze with Jerome. The apartment was exactly as described, in very good condition and very clean. We were very happy with our stay and hope to return next summer. Thank-you!

Amazing and homely!

I cannot recommend this property enough. It looks exactly as it does in the photos in fact even better in real life. The apartment was clean, warm, modern and situated perfectly within the resort. We even had delicious chocolates upon arrival with tea and coffee making facilities which we were very grateful for and a discount card for restaurants.

Martine responds promptly to any queries and Jerome was extremely friendly when greeting us at the property. I would definitely stay here again and very much look forward to returning.

une location très accueillante au pied des pistes et au centre des 2 alpes

La Location est très bien située au coeur de la station et aux pieds des pistes. Son confort, sa propreté, la gentillesse des propriétaires, etc ... tout est fait pour que nous nous y sentions très bien. Le garage est très appréciable et peut convenir pour 2 voitures de taille moyenne. Nous ne connaissions pas les 2 alpes et nous avons beaucoup aimé la convivialité familiale. C'est aussi une station dynamique. Nous avons déjà émis le souhait de relouer cet appartement pour l'hiver 2019. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

Bel appartement dans petit immeuble au pied des pistes, idéalement situé proche de l'ESF et des commerces. Logement très bien équipé, moderne, confortable à la décoration soignée.
