Located on the road to Rothiemurchas and the Cairngorm Mountain Delmhor 1 & Delmhor 3 are newly build holiday homes furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The holiday home offers guests a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre yet is still within walking distance (2 miles) for guests who prefer not to drive, cycle or take a taxi to and from the town centre.
Both holiday homes have their own hot tub for those relaxing day or evenings at any time of year and the Hilton Hotel at Colyumbridge is just along the road where there is a restaurant, bar and spa facilities.
All rooms are on the same level. Delmhor 1 is a detached house.
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner – open plan living area.
Lounge – 3 seat settee, 2 seat settee and reclining chair. Large flat screen TV with Freesat channels. Coffee table.
Kitchen – modern kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils.
Dining area – table and chairs to seat 6.
Master bedroom – Double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, en suite shower room.
Second bedroom – Double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe.
Third bedroom – Twin beds, built in wardrobe.
Family bathroom – bath with shower, wash hand basin, toilet.
Outside – front and back garden gardens have grass with patio area in back garden. There is a covered veranda at the front of the house with table and chairs for 4. There is a hot tub in the back garden and a lockable shed for guest use with washing machine and tumble drier. This space can be used for drying outdoor clothing and for storing outdoor equipment.
There is a private driveway suitable for parking 2 cars.
The house is in a small cul-de-sac with no through traffic.
The house is heated throughout by central heating and there is an electric water heating system.
Wi-fi is provided at no extra cost.
All bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the price. The holiday home is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.
A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings).
Security deposit: an amount of £100 will be pre-authorised against the card you pay your final balance 10 days prior to arrival. This will reduce your available balance on your card by £100 for 30 days.
Two well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £25 per dog (small or medium sized dogs only please).
No smoking is permitted within the holiday home.
Due to the Cairngorm National Park being in a rural area, mobile phone coverage can be intermittent and dependant on your network carrier.
