About the property

3 bedroom house with a bathroom and a large terrace close to the beach

Comfortable and cozy house 400m away from the beach.

This completely restored house in 2015 is situated in the north-east side of the island, in Cala Millor. It is a very peaceful area, perfect to relax and enjoy the holidays, only 400m away from supermarkets, restaurants and anything you may require.

It has 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, one with a double bed, another two with sinlge beds and the last a single one as well.

One bathroom with a sink, WC and a shower equipped with towels.

The living room served with air conditioner, satellite TV and free Internet access, a large sofa perfect to rest and a table with its chairs.

The totally equipped kitchen connected to the living room providing a sense of familiarity; all the windows face the terrace and garden.

Its spacious 120m2 terrace has a table and six chairs situated under a pergola covered of hurdle in order to let the hosts enjoy of a proper breakfast or barbecue. On the patio you can also find 3 hammocks where you can lie out in the sun, besides having an outdoor shower.

Cala Millor is a tourist area with a great daily and nightly atmosphere as well in summer with a large variety of options; in winter it is an idyllic place to relax, take long walks through the beach or mountain, in addition to making excursions to discover our beautiful island.

If you are sports lovers you can also find many alternatives at short distance, golf club, tennis, paddle and cycling or walking trails as well.

The measure of the property is of 7000m2 with a parking zone.

Cala Millor has a 3km long white sand beach and multiple infrastructures to practice all kind of sports.

Cala Bona (1.5km) is a coastal town well-known for its fisherman’s port, with small Mediterranean fishing boats and also a good bar and restaurant surrounding.

During the Carmen festivity on 16th July, all ports are decorated and fishermen deck out their boats to part in procession on the sea. This celebration lasts several days, ending with fireworks.

Son Servera (2.5km) is a town of traditional architecture, characterized by its unfinished church, designed by a Gaudi disciple. Another recognized event of the town is the Friday’s market, with a great affluence of visitors and residents.

We love travelling, go hiking and we are animal lovers.

Why Francisca y Jaime chose Son Servera

This house is a several generations paternal heritage.

The affection I have for this house is caused by the amount of Sundays I spent there as a child, having lunch with all the family.

The first reform it was in 2005 because of not only its small size but also its antique condition, reformed with the idea of being able to enjoy it again with my family and friends like when I was a child.

The last reform is from year 2015, which gave it a more modern aspect.

What makes this cottage unique

What we like the most about the house is its large terrace where you can spend hours in the shade relaxing during your holidays.

It is a very quiet place, close to the coast and the town.

It is situated around chalets in a neighborhood.

This Was Our Perfect Holiday Destination

For this holiday (June 2016) we just wanted somewhere to relax in a quiet and peaceful environment, while at the same time being within walking distance of the beach and major supermarkets. It was absolutely perfect and really could not have been better. The accommodation was immaculate with both Francesca and Jaime taking great pride in the way the property was presented. It was the small things that help make the difference, like picking fresh lemons in the very spacious grounds, a gift of 6 fresh eggs from their own hens and Jaime very kindly taking us to the festival at Son Servera. My wife and myself are very much of the opinion that this is somewhere we will definitely go back to. And finally we would like to give a very big thank you to both Francisca and Jaime and to wish them every success in the future as they deserve it.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Sehr empfelenswert.

Von unserem fünfwöchigen Urlaub, den wir im Haus von Francisca und Jaime verbracht haben, sind wir gerade nach Hause zurückgekehrt. Wir haben das Haus wegen der vielen positiven Beurteilungen ausgesucht. Diese Beurteilungen treffen voll und ganz zu. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem kleinen Imbiss und Wein empfangen. Francisca und Jaime gaben uns Informationen und Tipps für Unternehmungen. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. In der Küche machte das Kochen spaß. Auf dem riesigen Grundstück stehen Apfelsinen- und Zitronenbäume. Hier durften wir uns nach Belieben bedienen. Von den drei Hühnern, die Jaime auf dem Grundstück hält, bekamen wir Eier. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir oft Kontakt mit Francisca und Jaime, beide sind sehr freundlich und liebenswürdig.

Da schon viel über die Wegbeschreibungen zum Supermarkt, Restaurant und ähnlichem geschrieben wurde sparen wir uns das an dieser Stelle.

Unserer Meinung nach ist das Haus auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Wenn wir wieder noch einmal nach Mallorca kommen ist dieses Haus unsere erste Adresse.

An dieser Stelle noch einmal Dank an Francisca und Jaime für die schöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir sind gerade von unserem 9-tägigen Urlaub zurück, den wir im Haus von Francisca und Jaime verbringen durften. All den positiven Bewertungen können wir uns ohne Wenn und Aber anschließen. Sehr zu empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! !!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Jaime und Francisca haben uns sehr nett empfangen, es gab sogar ein Teller mit Häppchen und eine Flasche Wein der Region. Orangen und Zitronen dürften wir uns pflücken. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, doch ist man in 10 Minuten am Strand. Das Grundstück ist durch einen Zaun gesichert Die Betten sind frisch bezogen und Handtücher liegen bereit. Für den Strand muß man sich natürlich 1 Handtuch mitbringen. Würden hat Haus noch mal mieten. 👍?

Sehr schönes Haus, trotz der Lage inmitten Cala Millors wunderbar ruhig

Wir sind soeben nach 9 Tagen zurück und hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfbereit - als wir den Weg nicht gefunden haben, haben Sie uns sofort am Ortseingang abgeholt und sogar den Kühlschrank gefüllt, damit wir spät abends noch etwas zu Essen hatten - danke nochmal :-) Das Haus hat alles was man braucht (perfekt wäre vielleicht noch eine Garderobe, vielleicht links der Tür ;-), ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine super Terrasse mit riesen Garten, dazu voll eingezäunt und gut gesichert. Man ist schnell am Strand, im Trubel Cala Millors und hat trotzdem seine Ruhe. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Fotos und vorangegagenen Bewertungen nur gern bestätigen!

Großzügiges, liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus in strandnaher Lage.

Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Familien! Das Haus ist großzügig mit großer Außenterrasse, es ist bestens und liebevoll ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Die Lage ist günstig für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und sehr nah zum Strand von Cala Millor. Auch viele Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte/Restaurants sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit standen Sie für alle Fragen/Anliegen immer zur Verfügung und haben uns auch tolle Tips für die Erkundung der Insel gegeben. Jaime spricht sogar hervorragend Deutsch. Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 6 und 8 Jahre) hatten 2 sehr erholsame Oktoberwochen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Francisca und Jaime, wir kommen sicher einmal wieder!
