32 Horizon View is a 3 bedroom third floor duplex apartment in a landmark building in Westward Ho! with breathtaking panoramic sea views and a generous private balcony.

The property offers secure underground parking with additional parking at ground level. Lifts serve the apartment from ground level and the car park. Extensive soft landscaping, planting and feature lighting add further ambiance to the grounds of Horizon View.

This apartment offers the following features:

3 double bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 with twin single beds. There are two large sofa's and an air mattress for emergency sleeping for extra's. All of the bedrooms have large wardrobes. All fresh bed linen is provided but not towels.

3 large bathrooms with baths and showers, plus 1 further cloakroom with WC

A large, comfortable living room offering fantastic views of the beach and open sea. The living room has a large dining table, sofa's and easy chairs.

A fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, panini and toaster.

A drying room with a washing machine for wetsuits and clothes.

Secure underground parking for 1 car and gated street level parking for additional vehicles.

Easy access by lift or stairs.

A large and private balcony with a further dining table and chairs.

Entertainment for when the weathers not so good. High speed fibre broadband, large smart connected TV's, music, a Playstation and many DVD's and films to watch.

A Duplex layout: This means there are two floors and 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs. This is ideal for allowing some quiet time or for example if children need to be bed and not disturbed by late night TV.

Hi. We are Steve and Katherine and we bought our flat in 2008. Someday we dream of ending our days in Westward Ho! but before then there's plenty of work to do bringing up the family and paying the bills. We rent the apartment to guests to offset the costs and when we can, we grab weekends and odd midweek days to ourselves. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do. If you want any suggestions of walks, activities or questions about the golf course please don't hesitate to contact us, whether you require the apartment or not.

The perfect, peaceful place to stay for a fun filled family holiday!

32 Horizon View has everything you need for a great family holiday. The apartment is clean, well equipped and spacious. Being high up you have the privacy you need to spend time on the balcony taking in the awesome views. Ideally located by the shops, places to eat, (Morans and Tea on the Green being our favourites), and Just a short walk to the sandy beach for swimming, paddling or body boarding. Check the tide times for the beach as it's covered at high tide.

Wifi, TV, PlayStation for non beach days and keeps the teenagers happy!

The owners are very friendly and easy to contact if you have questions and very accommodating.

We have had an awesome holiday, we have already booked for next summer and can't wait to return!

Horizon View at Westward Ho! in July 2017

I don't normally do reviews but if Carlsberg did British seaside holidays it would resemble our experience at 32 Horizon View. The apartment was gorgeous and larger than I expected, it was also very well appointed. There was no noise from other apartments and the view from the balcony was superb. You never tire of watching the sea in all its states.

I was particularly impressed by the availability of various sizes of wetsuit and body boards - although we had brought our own, it allowed us to initiate one of our party into the joys of playing in the surf.

Westward Ho! itself is a lovely village with plenty of food outlets, supermarkets and nothing too tacky. The beach is superb and patrolled by lifeguards while the rockpools in front of the apartment provided hours of fun.

First class

My husband and I wanted a few days away before I have an operation and so travelled without our teenage daughters on this occasion. We will definitely be back with them next year (we only used the bottom floor of the apartment). We knew the property would be good from reading the reviews and seeing the pictures but we were even more impressed on walking through the front door and seeing the view. Spectacular. The apartment is very well presented and has everything you could ask for. Westward Ho! was a revelation too, very quiet and small scale, just what we wanted for a relaxed time. The apartment only helped us to make the most of our short stay, we didn't want to leave!. Highly recommended

Superb location, with everything you could need

Westward Ho is an idyllic north devon coastal resort. There are many holiday lets in the area so to succeed you have to be special and this property ticks every box. Brilliant location ,luxurious and well appointed. Secure parking and fantastic views. The coastal footpath to one side of the property is truly beautiful and the beach to the other side of the property is amazing. The local shops, restaurants and pubs cover everything you could need. The hosts were very welcoming, great communicators and I cannot speak highly enough of them or the property.

Amazing views, large modern accommodation and great position in Westward Ho!

The property was brilliant. The view from the living area was the best we have had. Well appointed, large, modern accommodation with well stocked kitchen. Excellent position right in the centre of Westward Ho! with a good range of coffee shops and restaurants. Great walk over the Burrows to Appledore. Owner friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again and pass on the property details to friends and family.

Fantastic apartment!

The apartment is fab, very spacious with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable and of course an amazing view. Loved waking up to the sound of the sea. The apartment is set over 2 floors and this suited us very well, our teenage boys had the upstairs bedrooms and we had the ground floor double room. It's great that 2 of the rooms have en suites and there is also a family bathroom. Good location, walking distance to some good restaurants, can highly recommend Hong Kong Diner Chinese (5 minute walk) excellent food. Great for walking, the coastal path is very scenic and nice and flat. The owners have been very helpful and offer lots of information on things to do/see. Glad we found this property and would love to return.
