One bedroom first floor apartment, complex has heated communal pool, located in the centre of Caleta de Fuste, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars. Sunny south facing balcony with sunloungers, table & chairs, and BBQ, perfect for chilling out and sunbathing privately. Suitable for 2 people. As our apartment is on the first floor stairs lead up from the communal open area (see photographs). Open plan living space, bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. Located on the outside corner of the complex, has two terraces, one overlooking inside of complex the other with views over Caleta town and the town square. Complex has well kept heated communal pool with sun terrace, well maintained grounds and gardens (please ask for photographs for more details). Reception is open between 8am and 8pm. Gate to complex is locked at all times, you have your own key during your stay. Access on arrival after 8pm has to be arranged in advance at an extra charge.
WiFi connection available from complex at no extra cost, however, the signal is not reliable inside the apartment, and is still weak outside on the balcony or front terrace, although it is OK around the bar, pool and reception areas. There are also plenty of bars, restaurants and some shops which provide free WiFi in the town, with recent changes to UK roaming charges to supplement this we hope this will not be an issue.
Rental cost is inclusive of cleaning, water and electric charges. An extra set of laundry is provided for 2 week stays. If your stay is less than 2 weeks, and you would like an extra set of laundry left for your use, please let us know, in this instance an extra charge of £10 is payable to cover extra costs. An extra fee is payable is if you plan to arrive after 8pm and we have to make arrangements for a meet and greet as reception would be closed.
Normal check in time is 4pm, and check out 11am. We try to accommodate people around this where ever possible as long as there are not adjacent bookings. If you want to confirm arrival or departure at a particular time please ask before booking.
Apartment access is from the front terrace which has table and chairs, partly shaded, leads to entrance door of apartment.
Back terrace, provides private sunbathing area, sunny until late afternoon, has double doors from bedroom, table & chairs, sun loungers, charcoal BBQ.
Open plan living space. Lounge area has corner sofa, small fridge to keep drinks cool, coffee table, wall unit with 32” LED flat screen TV, DVD player and IPod docking station, dining table and chairs. Kitchen area newly refitted 2015, fridge/freezer, 2 ring electric hob, microwave combi oven (compromise which provides functionality as grill and conventional oven as well as microwave, due to limited space in kitchen), electric grill/sandwich toaster, toaster, kettle, washing machine. Iron and ironing board stored in living area wall unit.
Bedroom. 2 single beds which lift up to provide storage for suitcases, built in wardrobe, safety deposit box
Bathroom. Newly refitted in 2015, walk in shower, vanity unit and toilet

Please advise of any special requests at the time of booking, or at a minimum of 4 weeks before your arrival date. We will do our best to action these without any extra charge but will advise if this is not possible.
Weekly Rates - Apartment is cleaned at beginning of stay, towels and bed linen provided with change at end of first week for weekly rental rate stays of 2 weeks or more.
Monthly Rates - are discounted assuming guests do their own laundry. Apartment is cleaned at beginning of stay, towels and bed linen are provided, no change is completed but there are sufficient spare towels and bed linen available for you to wash and change yourself, there is a washing machine in the kitchen and drying on the balcony is usually easy. If taking this option the 2nd set of linen will either be there when you arrive or dropped off at the apartment towards the end of your first week, please only leave 1 set of dirty linen when you leave. Quotes can be provided for laundry changes as an extra if required.
We have tried to set up the apartment drawing from our own experience of what we would want there for a comfortable stay. Having stayed in Caleta many times over the last few years, we decided last year to buy our own place to stay autumn 2014. Since then in 2015, the kitchen and bathroom have been refitted, most of the furniture replaced and the apartment has been decorated throughout.
Villa Florida is a touristic complex, please note as our apartment is privately owned Villa Florida are not responsible for the apartment or any queries or issues during your stay. Management of the apartment is handled by our management company contact details will be forwarded just before your holiday. Villa Florida reception handle collection of keys for us and are really helpful and friendly with information about the complex and general area.
