Welcome and thank you for considering Opal Havens Self Catering Holiday Accommodation available for short and long term lets. We are pleased to provide you with a brief informations about our accommodation which you may find useful when planning your visit.

The accommodation is light, spacious, contemporary and well-presented two bedroom duplex apartment with one allocated car parking space plus a communal visitor parking spaces set in a popular location of Sonora Fields Sittingbourne.

The apartment is on the first and second floor and access to the front door is via a flight of stairs. The apartment offers two double guest rooms (a double bed for the main bedroom and 2 single beds for the second bedroom) with bedding and towels included, modern shower room, open plan lounge/kitchen and a separate dining room. The lounge also offers a flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD Player and free Wi-Fi. A modern kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, cooker with an electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave. Access to communal cycle storage and recycle bin store also available for our guests and a communal boiler which supplies constant hot water.

Opal Havens is well presented throughout and has the benefit of well a maintained communal open space and gardens, easy access to the A249 and M2 and 2 miles from the market town of Sittingbourne and a 20 minute drive from the Isle of Sheppey. The nearest railway station is a 5-minute drive from the apartment. Local shops, takeaways and a nice pub/restaurant are less than 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

Good, very clean, quiet, good

The property was perfect really, my only complaint was with the beds, we felt that they were to soft, this maybe a matter of opinion thou.

The owner was very good, good communication, and requests were granted, which i appreciated greatly
