This eye-catching 2 bedroom apartment is for you if you want to treat yourself to a relaxing comfortable stay in a safe neighbourhood with excellent transport links around London and a great High Street with Supermarkets, Banks, Cafe's, Pubs, Shops and Restaurants. This beautiful newly renovated apartment is perfect for individuals, families or business travellers wanting a short or long stay at this “home away from home”. The apartment has two double bedrooms and one sofa bed in the sitting room area.

- 2 double rooms with a double bed each.

- 1 sofa bed in living room, sleeping a further 2 people.

- Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and all the crockery/cutlery/utensils you will need for a self-catering stay.

- 1 bathroom, with shower over bath.

- 1 shower room.

- Towels, sheets, shampoo and shower gel provided.

- The lounge area has a HD TV with Freeview channels and DVD player.

- Wifi access is available throughout the flat.

- A baby cot is available upon request.

Located in The Royal Borough of Greenwich, South-East London. It's a short walk along the riverside to Woolwich Arsenal where the rail and DLR Stations provide quick and easy connections to Central London and Kent. The Thames Clipper boat service which is nearby also provides a quirky alternative for travel into central London. The property is conveniently located for easy access to O2 arena, Excel, City Airport, Greenwich Park and Stratford Olympic village.

A £250 security deposit is required for the apartment and the parking permit. Should the parking permit not be returned to the apartment, there is a £50 charge.

Check-in is possible from 3pm - 8pm.

Check-out is at 10am.

A cleaning fee of GBP 40 is chargeable for each booking. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation and the return of the parking permit to the apartment.

Please note, smoking is not permitted inside the flat.

Check-out time is 10:00AM; departure after that time will result in additional charges.

We have 1 Parking space available, for which there is a £50 refundable deposit. This makes up part of the £250 security deposit. Once it has been verified that the parking permit has been returned to the apartment, the deposit will be refunded.

Only the number of guest specified in the booking should use and check-in to the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, the booking WILL BE CANCELLED without any refunds.

Please note the lead guest must be 21 years and older.

Very comfortable

The property completely lived up to the description for its facilities, and everything worked. It was easy to get to by public transport, being very near several bus stops, Plumstead station, and quite near Woolwich station with connections to both main railway and DLR. There's a well stocked Tesco in Woolwich, and we also had two very tasty meals in a Vietnamese restaurant Viet Baguette (bring your own drink).

However, it is quite far from the centre of London if that is your destination - not a problem to us as we had plenty of time.

Excelente apartamento, mas...!

Ficamos de 25 a 28/4/2016. O apartamento é ótimo, bem localizado, relativamente próximo de acesso ao transporte público e a proprietária Christianna (que não conhecemos pessoalmente), regularmente respondendo aos e-mails de contato.

Infelizmente, até o momento, não houve a devolução da caução paga (£200), sequer obtivemos qualquer informação precisa a respeito de haver sido ou não efetuado o crédito (damage refund deposit). A proprietária alega ter feito através da Homeaway (homeaway.uk, imagino). Contato mantido a respeito com a homeaway .uk pedindo esclareciemtos/confirmação, até agora não foi respondido.

É lamentável que o cliente (no meu caso, também proprietário anunciante no Brasil através Alugue Temporada, do mesmo grupo Homeaway) seja colocado em posição completamente vulnerável, uma vez que o pagamento integral, inclusive fee cleaning e damage deposit foi feito bem antes da chegada e, ao sair, tenha-se o stress e a perda de tempo absurdas para recuperar o devido valor correspondente ao damage refund deposit, ou qualquer esclarecimento a respeito (note-se, que o apartamento foi deixado como quando ocupado, integro e limpo, sem qualquer restrição ao modo como foi usado)

Clean, comfortable, well equipped, light and airy apartment.

The owners are very helpful and keen to ensure that guests are happy. They check regularly that all is well via text messages. An excellent welcome pack and basics such as tea and coffee are provided. The kitchen is very well equipped which makes self catering easy. We are used to open spaces so we found the lounge with the non see through film on the windows disconcerting but can appreciate that it is intended to provide privacy on a ground floor flat. That is the only reason for 4 stars. Otherwise it is a 5 star property.

Great apartment!

We were greeted by Jason, who was lovely and left us with a few cereal boxes, fruits, milk, and many more to get us started. During our stay, Jason would also keep in contact to make sure we're comfortable in the apartment.

The apartment is very easy to get to from Bank/Monument underground station on the DLR line as it takes you directly to Woolwich Arsenal and from there you can get the train to Plumstead which is only a few minutes from the apartment. Transportation is very good as Jason borrows a couple of oyster cards for your stay.

There's a small Tesco nearby which is very convinient if you need anything during your stay.

Also, you can catch the Thames Clipper boat only a few minutes from the apartment and enjoy a lovely cruise on the river all the way into Central London.

The apartment itself is very clean and warm. There's enough space to easily accomodate 5 people and a child and it's also a very reasonable price for a couple of nights stay.

I'll certainly reccomend this and will be staying here again during my next visit.
