My husband has been here for several weeks and I came out for Thanksgiving to cook his favorite dinner of the year. I could not have been more pleased with the kitchen equipment. Prepared our dinner successfully with no problems at all. Using someone else's kitchen can sometimes be a worry but not one problem. After a few days it felt just like home. Thanks so much for sharing your comfy condo as a home away from home. He will staying on for a while longer and it is nice for me to know he is comfy.
This is the nicest VRBO condo we have stayed at to date. Quality everything and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more, right down to emergency flashlights in the nightstands for each bedroom. What a nice touch! Brandy was wonderful to work with and provided an excellent guide for things to do in the area. We have two small kids who had fun on the patio and at the nearby parks and pool. The location is a quiet neighborhood at the edge of the SSU campus which was within an easy walking distance for my conference. I highly recommend this property.
This condo comfortably housed myself and 5 others (and our 3 cars) for a weekend in the area which included trips into Sonoma and Santa Rosa. The condition of the condo was excellent and we immediately felt right at home. There is a great market a short couple of minutes away, as well as a range of restaurants. The condo was accurately advertised, and my expectations were met, if not exceeded. Would most definitely stay here again!
This is a very well-maintained and very comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The condo is well furnished with comfortable chair,s couch and beds. The kitchen has every tool the average cook would want. In addition, the cabinets came stocked with the basics, such as salt, pepper, spices, sugar, oil, vinegar, condiments, etc. There is a Safeway in Rohnert Park, so we did a lot of cooking and really appreciated the great kitchen. The patio and grill are also nice, but it was too cold for us to enjoy those. There is a good computer available and wi-fi in the condo. We did experience periods when the internet connection seemed weak or gone, but this seemed to be the provider, not the wi-fi, since the wi-fi signal was strong throughout the condo. The quiet location provides a convenient base for trips to Sonoma and Napa valleys and the Sonoma Coast as well as day trips to San Francisco. I highly recommend this property.
Four of us (2 couples) stayed here during the annual Food & Wine Festival and it could not have been more perfect. The photos provide an accurate depiction. The condo is well decorated and uncluttered. The beds are comfy and I loved the large window in the Master Bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and well stocked, so check before you venture to the store, which isn’t exactly around the corner. A few people that traveled with us came to visit and the large dining room table was perfect for playing a few games. It was on the cold side while we were there so we didn’t take advantage of the patio. Brandy was a dream to work with. She’s quick to respond and always pleasant.
We planned for a short weekend to visit my son who is attending Sonoma State University. We ended up extending 2 extra days. Brandy was very prompt in replying to all our questions regarding the initial reservation and extended 2 days. The unit is very clean with everything you need (including a bbq grill) to cook meals for a college student missing home-cooked meals.
Rohnert Park is a great central location for visiting all that Sonoma County has to offer. The rugged Northern California coast, the lush wine country, San Francisco and other quaint towns like Sebastopol, Windsor, Guerneville, Sausalito and Tiburon are each about a 15-45 minute drive in any given direction.
Condo amenities include utilities, computer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hair dryers, 42' flat screen TV, DVD player with CD, MP3 & iPod hook up & AM/FM radio. WiFi, high speed internet & local/long distance phone service included. There is a local park 2 blocks away which has a pool and tennis courts, as well as a play area for kids. Easy access to highway 101 and the Sonoma/Napa wine country, golf & spa hot spots.
