Well equipped 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single, and there is also a pull down single bed in the smaller room to make this suitable as another twin room). High quality accommodation ideally suited for couples, a family with children, or friends.

Casa Chill Out is furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout. The property is situated in a peaceful residential area and has stunning views of countryside, farmland and mountains. The house is within walking distance of Nerja’s many amenities, yet with stunning views of rural Andalucia - the best of both worlds!

The house boasts a spacious sunny terrace at the front and a patio at the rear. Both are perfect for alfresco dining. Dining on the terrace is a delight, with birdsong at breakfast time and swifts swooping overhead in the evenings.

The lounge is tastefully furnished and is light, bright and airy . It has a dining table seating 6 and a flat screen television with freeview English channels and air con. There is a small supplement for wifi.

The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances. It has dishwasher, full size cooker and hob, fridge, microwave, granite work tops etc. There is also a utility room with large fridge freezer and washing machine.

On the ground floor there is a shower room with a walk in shower.

The main bedroom has its own balcony, again with magnificent views. It also has air conditioning and a range of fitted wardrobes.

The twin bedroom again has air con and fitted wardrobes. The beds can be made up as a super kingsize double if you prefer.

The third bedroom again has air conditioning. It has a single bed and a pull down bed should you need it for the 6th person.

There is also a second bathroom on this floor. The bath has a shower over.

The property is situated in a quiet urbanisation built in the traditional Andalucian style, with well kept gardens and pleasant walkways. The house is a 2-3 min drive/15-20 min walk to the centre of Nerja. Burriana Beach is 2km away.

There's ample parking should you wish to hire a car.

The communal swimming pool area has two pools, with a waterfall cascading from the upper pool to the lower pool. There’s plenty of space to soak up the sunshine.

Extra services/facilities available: Several other services can be arranged for our guests in order to make your holiday as easy and stress-free as possible. These include private airport transfers, baby equipment hire, beach towel hire, wifi internet, optional cleaning during your stay, grocery shopping service (Choose which items you'd like from an extensive list and your groceries will be ready and waiting for you on arrival), flowers for special occasions, and luggage storage.   • The main double bedroom is at the front of the house and has a private balcony with seating for two. Views from the balcony extend over farmland and countryside of the Rio Chillar valley to the Sierra Almijara mountains beyond. Fitted wardrobes provide ample storage space. Air-con/heating. The second (2 single or 1 superking bed) bedroom has air con also benefits from large fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has a TV and DVD player (no Sat TV), handy if the kids want to watch a DVD while you're watching the TV in the sitting room, and a free standing fan. A fold up single bed is available to accomodate a 6th person.

Our house is a 2 - 3 min drive/15 - 20 min walk to the centre of Nerja. The urbanisation has a bar, and the nearest shop (small but surprisingly well stocked) is approximately 150 metres away. Bread and croissants are baked fresh every day. Dining on the terrace is a delight, with birdsong at breakfast time and swifts swooping overhead in the evenings. On Sunday/Tuesday you can hunt for bargains in the town's street market/car boot sale, which is just around the corner. Nerja is without doubt the most attractive resort on the Costa del Sol, lacking the high rise development that typifies coastal areas further west. The town manages to maintain a perfect balance, offering a charming mix of traditional tapas bars and narrow cobbled streets, with the beaches, shops and amenities associated with a successful holiday resort.

If you'd like to explore further afield there are numerous idyllic white-washed villages just inland, and the historic city of Granada is a 60 minute drive away.

The rates above are for exclusive use of the property for a maximum of 6 guests using 3 bedrooms. There is an option of using only 1 bedroom (max 2 guests) or 2 bedrooms (max 4 guests) at a discounted rate.

Payment is in GBP, however if you would prefer to pay in Euro please ask for the rental rate as we have an independent rental tariff for payments in Euro.

Electricity costs are included except for long lets of 4 weeks or more
