Casa Chill Out is a spacious, well equipped 3 bedroom house, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. However it is available to couples using only one of the bedrooms at a discounted rate (Discount already included in the 'Rates' section below). The whole house is rented to you exclusively during your stay (The other bedrooms are locked and unoccupied). This means you can enjoy the luxury of staying in a larger property, including fantastic outdoor spaces rarely found in 1 bedroom properties, without paying over the odds. The house is an ideal romantic retreat for those looking for high standard accommodation.
Casa Chill Out is furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout. The property is situated in a peaceful residential area and has stunning views of countryside, farmland and mountains. The house is within walking distance of Nerja’s many amenities, yet with stunning views of rural Andalucia - the best of both worlds!
The house boasts a spacious sunny terrace at the front and a patio at the rear. Both are perfect for alfresco dining. Dining on the terrace is a delight, with birdsong at breakfast time and swifts swooping overhead in the evenings.
The lounge is tastefully furnished and is light, bright and airy . It has a dining table seating 6 and a flat screen television with freeview English channels. Small supplement for wifi.
The main bedroom has its own balcony, again with magnificent views.
The property is situated in a quiet urbanisation built in the traditional Andalucian style, with well kept gardens and pleasant walkways. The house is a 2-3 min drive/15-20 min walk to the centre of Nerja. Burriana Beach is 2km away.
There’s ample parking should you wish to hire a car.
The communal swimming pool area has two pools, with a waterfall cascading from the upper pool to the lower pool. There’s plenty of space to soak up the sunshine.
Extra services/facilities available: Several other services can be arranged for our guests in order to make your holiday as easy and stress-free as possible. These include private airport transfers, baby equipment hire, beach towel hire, wifi internet, optional cleaning during your stay, grocery shopping service (Choose which items you'd like from an extensive list and your groceries will be ready and waiting for you on arrival), flowers for special occasions, and luggage storage. Please enquire for costs.

Our house is a 2 - 3 min drive/15 - 20 min walk to the centre of Nerja. The urbanisation has a bar, and the nearest shop (small but surprisingly well stocked) is approximately 150 metres away. Bread and croissants are baked fresh every day.
Dining on the terrace is a delight, with birdsong at breakfast time and swifts swooping overhead in the evenings.
On Sunday/Tuesday you can hunt for bargains in the town's street market/car boot sale, which is just around the corner.
Nerja is without doubt the most attractive resort on the Costa del Sol, lacking the high rise development that typifies coastal areas further west. The town manages to maintain a perfect balance, offering a charming mix of traditional tapas bars and narrow cobbled streets, with the beaches, shops and amenities associated with a successful holiday resort.
If you'd like to explore further afield there are numerous idyllic white-washed villages just inland, and the historic city of Granada is a 60 minute drive away.

The rental rates above are for up to 2 guests using 1 bedroom. You have the whole of the house to yourselves, so this is a very spacious option. Supplement for 2/3 bedrooms.
Payment is in GBP, however if you would prefer to pay in Euro please ask for the rental rate as we have an independent tariff.
Electricity costs are included in the rental rates except for long lets of 4 weeks or more.
