Iris 357 is a freshly renovated 3rd floor apartment with Mt-Blanc facing views. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people; there is a double bedroom, and bunkbeds in the entrance.

The apartment has been renovated to provide an ideal rental property for a couple, or for families with young children. It has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with space to cook for a family.

There is comfortable seating for 4 at the dining table and further seating at the back of the room by the balcony doors, which offer impressive views of the Mt-Blanc, Aiguille du Midi and surrounding peaks.

There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a separate WC. The apartment also has Wifi, washing machine, TV and DVD player, a ski locker, and covered parking included.

Résidence Iris is situated just to the south-west of Chamonix town centre. It is 350 metres from the main shopping street, Rue Docteur Paccard (4 minutes by foot), but many amenities are in the immediate vicinity.

The nearest supermarket is Spar (main season only) which is just around the corner in the square in Chamonix Sud. There are several bars within a minutes' walk, including the Jekyll, Munster and Monkey with restaurants including the Jekyll again, l'Impossible and several along Avenue de l'Aiguille du Midi.

For access to the slopes, it is very convenient with the main bus stop just 150 metres away. The nearest ski area is Brévent, 2 minutes by bus. Apartment Marcel is also no more than 2 minutes' walk to the Aiguille du Midi cable car, giving access to the infamous Vallée Blanche.

An oasis at the end of the day

An exceptional and well laid out apartment, with superb facilities, working wifi, clean and well maintained. The booking process and customer service we received was done with a smooth and professional attitude. and upon arrival all information regarding the accommodation and area is well laid out in a very concise and informative brochure, it also includes some discount vouchers for local restaurants and bars!! The location is superb for access to Aguille du Midi Telepherique, Plan Praz and brevent uplifts and more, with access to Chamonix centre and tram no more than 5min walk. Access and Security to the apartment is also very good. Personally I have spent many years in Chamonix, Trekking and Mountaineering, and have stayed in many various hotels, hostels and Gites and by far this apartment is the best yet, you get an amazing all-round facility for your hard earned money, that is not going to disappoint....oh and did I mention that its 1 min round the corner from the best bakery in Chamonix for that morning coffee and pastry.
