The Villa is a lovely recently (2015) renovated semi detached Villa in typical Menorquin style. The Villa has just been totally refurbished with a modern beach theme throughout. There are two ample sized bedrooms with newly installed air conditioning. The first bedroom is a double, leading to an en-suite shower room with toilet and washing machine. There is a TV and DVD for playing DVDs or streaming only. The second bedroom has two singles that can be made into a double if required. The second bathroom has a baby bath and also a cot and high chair is available for free if needed. There is a second shower room and toilet adjacent in the hall. The lounge is light and airy, with comfortable seating and sofa bed. Free Wifi is provided. There is a hifi with 3.5mm audio jack, USB and bluetooth connection. The kitchen has been recently fitted and has all utensils and appliances needed. Outside dining is provided under the shelter of a covered veranda, accessed through the large patio windows of the lounge. A great view of the pool can be taken from the veranda, good for keeping an eye on the kids, if applicable. The Villa shares a large new (2015) pool with the adjoining Villa. The pool (13m x 6m and 2m at its deepest) has a unique curved shape with several different levels to relax and cool off. There is a dedicated outside shower for the Villa. There are two entrances to the pool, steps and a ladder. We have aimed to maximise privacy between the Villas, each Villa has its own private outside spaces. The Villa has an exclusive barbeque area at the rear, with picnic bench seating (with parasol) and a large charcoal fired barbeque. The Villa benefits from its own large sunbathing terrace at the far end of the pool with four sun loungers and a large parasol. The terrace is not overlooked by the neighbouring plots. Shops and restaurants located in Cala Torret are a very short walk down the cut through paths. Binibeca's white sand beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. It has a lovely beach bar, right on the rocks, where you can buy snacks and drinks. Another great place to eat is Bar Paupa on the water front. An excellent new water park has just been completed 10 minutes down the road (by car) in Punta Prima. We recommend a car, but it is not essential, a good alternative is the the touristic road train that runs from Binibeca Vell to Punta Prima. There are a larger selection of shops and supermarkets 15 minutes away in St. Lluis and the capital of Mahon, boasting the Europe's second deepest natural harbour (and great shopping!), is 20 minutes away.

Interim cleaning and a linen change is provided on a weekly basis for stays of 14 days or longer. An out side drying area is available to the side of the villa. Superb Villa!

Beautiful villa with everything you could possibly need (including air conditioning and wifi) and absolutely spotless!

The sun terrace catches the sun literally all day and the pool is gorgeous. We didn't have a car but really not needed as everything is within walking distance (bakery, restaurants, beautiful beach) and local supermarket also do free deliveries if you ask. Adam was super helpful right from the initial booking and with any requests we had - loved it and a fab time was had by both of us. Will be back 😊 Kay

Fantastic holiday destination

We have just enjoyed two weeks holiday at this lovely villa and it proved to be our best ever family holiday! The villa itself is very tastefully furnished and has a more 'homely' feel than some of the other properties we have stayed in. It's location proved perfect for us - a very quiet area but only a 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach in one direction and the supermarket, bakery and lovely restaurants and bars of Cala Torret in the other. The sea view from the end of the road is stunning. The walk into the livelier Binibeca Vell takes about 20 minutes (you can take the road trainif preferred). and our 5 and 6 year old boys managed it easily on several occasions without a single moan.

One of the highlights of the villa is its lovely pool area which is very large compared with other villas in the area and it was definitely the holiday highlight for our boys. The villa also has a private barbecue area which we used a lot.

This was our first experience of Menorca and we .are hooked! . Binibeca is very beautiful with whitewashed buildings, characterful coastline and big blue sky (no high rises in sight! We have already booked to return to this villa next year and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else - thank you Adam and Sigrin!

Perfect family stay

Thank you to Adam and his family for talking me into staying is his lovely Vila for two weeks and not the one we origanly intended! From start to finish this holiday was perfect;the accommodation,pool and surrounding area were all exceptionally lovely. The beach and great local bars/ bakery/ restaurants were all a short walk away with a real Menorca feel which we loved. we hired a car from Victoria cars and this was a great service-totally hassle free and helped us to explore more of this lovely part of the island. The accommodation and pool were really well maintained and looked after and we will certainly be coming back again, thanks again

Perfect small villa for a family of four!

We spent a lovely week at Cabana de la Playa in Binibequer during May half term 2016. The property itself has been recently renovated inside and out with a fantastic 15m pool (shared with the neighbouring property). We found sharing the pool no problem at all as it is plenty big enough and it helped us to get acquainted with the neighbours. The interior of the property was tastefully refurbished, basic but with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The floors have all been done with modern wood effect tiles and there is a newly fitted kitchen. It remained cool inside the property despite being 25 degrees outside and we didn't need to use the air conditioning all week. The location was perfect too, just 5 minutes walk from the local amenities at Cala Torret with a choice of restaurants: one called Pedro's run by Brits where we enjoyed an excellent meal one night overlooking the sea, another family run restaurant below this serving excellent seafood tapas, bar Paupa with more of a Boho vibe down on the seafront and a couple of others to choose from. The atmosphere at all these places was relaxed and friendly and we were pleased with the quality of the food. In addition there is a supermarket and a great little bakery open from 8am until 2pm serving coffee and fresh pastries for breakfast, or just to pop in for a fresh baguette on the way home from the beach. Just a few minutes away is the beautiful Binibequer beach which is a safe place to let the children play, lovely Golden sand and crystal clear waters and the Bucaneros taverna on the beach itself; just a great place to spend a day! Whilst we have visited Menorca many times before it was our first time based in Binibequer and it was one of our most enjoyable stays. A short drive away is Binbequer Vell where more restaurants and gift shops can be found, Mahon itself is only 20 minutes drive and the roads are very safe and well signposted etc. The harbour in Mahon is an excellent place to enjoy an evening meal as the sun goes down (try Sa Taverna des Port for amazing tapas). The owners were very helpful and friendly and for its amenities and location this villa is hard to beat! We would be happy to recommend it to others and will probably pay another visit ourselves.

Great wee place

Nice villa, well equipped with all you need for a great holiday. Local bars and restaurants fine - try Paupa by the jetty. Little Cafes in old Binebeca are good too. Car hire allowed us to visit Es Grau nature reserve and the mola - both worth a visit. One word of advice - print a map of the villa's location before you go. Our taxi driver from the airport couldn't find it.

The Villa is a very short walk from beautiful Binibeca beach and shops and restaurants in Cala Torret.

It shares a large recently completed multizone pool with the other semi-detached Villa on the plot. There is a private terrace allocated to each villa, at each end of the pool. The entire grounds have been landscaped to maximise privacy. The villa you are booking has a private barbeque area hidden behind the Villa. One off road parking space is assigned to your Villa.

We require a copy of the lead persons passport to comply with Spanish law as we are registered as a Spanish business.

Booking Notes:
50% non refundable deposit payable on booking, balance payable 4 weeks before date of holiday. 300 pounds damage deposit, returnable at the end of your stay. A scan of your passport will be required for booking confirmation.
Please Note: We will only take bookings on the precondition that clients take adequate travel insurance, to protect against unforeseen loss of availability of the Villa and damage to the Villa Please make sure you are well insured, just in case.

Changeover Day:
Preferred change over day is Friday, cheap flights, and most people use this day. We will be as flexible as we can though :)

Notes on prices:
Discounts will be allowed on multiple week holidays and late availability bookings. We will try to be flexible on your length of stay, even more so away from high season.
