This Garden Apartment enjoys the luxury of its own south facing walled garden with french doors that lead directly from the lounge. There you will find a barbecue and outside table and chairs for al fresco dining, perfect for those long sunny evenings. . There is a lockable gate for security, keeping bikes, boats and beach toys perfectly safe for the next day. Dogs with well behaved owners are welcome, please indicate when booking if a dog is joining you for your stay.
The beaches, bus station, trains and ferry links, including hovercraft are but a few minutes away, so that you can get anywhere on the Island with ease including access to the numerous cycling routes and stunning network of footpaths. From the esplanade bus station you can find a bus to take you anywhere on the island including the open top downs Breezer bus to Robin Hill, or a trip to Queen Victoria's Osborne House in East Cowes. There is also the excitement of a trip on the hovercraft to Southsea or a fast cat ferry visit to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard which is a great day out to see Nelson's flagship 'The Victory' or Henry VIII's 'Mary Rose'.
Ryde is the gateway to the Island and there are many Festivals and events to enjoy throughout the year. Ryde itself has many restaurants, bars and bijoux independent shops catering for all tastes and pockets. The Apartment is perfectly located close to the swimming pool, boating lake, ice rink and bowling alley to name but a few and there are also convenient local shops, restaurants and take- aways just a two minute walk from the front door.
Walk along the seafront, to the beautiful Puckpool Park past Appley Tower to enjoy coffee, lunch or tapas at The Dell Cafe (as featured in Vogue). We are sure that you will enjoy staying in this comfortable Victorian apartment on the Historic Isle of Wight.
This is a great little self-catering flat just a few minutes walk away from the seafront. Spacious, tastefully decorated and with a nice garden. The hospitality of the owner was quite amazing - she'd left a cake tin welcoming us with 4 homemade cookies. I would highly recommend this place.

A £150 returnable security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. The security deposit is returned as soon as the apartment has been cleaned and checked over, within a 7 day period,
The changeover day is Friday but this can be flexible during off peak times and for short breaks etc.
There is a key for the electricity meter for the flat. We will ensure that there is at least £10 on the key prior to your visit. Please ensure that the account is in credit before you leave.
