Review from a recent guest:
"This place is a little slice of heaven. John and Linda were wonderful hosts and really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The cottage is one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed. It was warm and welcoming and is well equipped. The pub down the road is a must try as the food was lovely, but equally would recommend just sitting around the cottage and garden for a day to take in the beauty. Thanks for such a lovely few days we cant wait to come back".

The cottage was lovely, well kitted out and the hosts were friendly. Would like to go back in the summer to take advantage of the garden in lighter evenings!
Beautiful cottage with everything you would need and John and Linda are welcoming hosts
From the moment I booked, the helpfulness and hospitality of hosts John and Linda were apparent, accommodating my shifting of dates readily and sending all the advance info needed. They were there to greet me when I arrived, organised the heating timer to my request and provided milk, all kitchen basics, some local marmalade, copious supplies for the wood burner in the delightful, clean comfy living room. Linda provided me with a local walking guide and suggested places to visit. The cottage had everything I needed from swift wifi to a very comfortable bed. There's a lovely local walk down a disused railway track, tea house serving fresh cakes and scones, a pub and grocery store. A half hour drive away is the delightful Wells Next The Sea where the beach and woodland walk is heaven. A wonderful place to stay and I hope to return next year.
Cosy Cottage can be found in a lovely village in Norfolk. Ideal location to get to all the beautiful tourist spots very easily whilst being out of the way of the hustle and bustle. The owners are a lovely couple who can help when you don't know much about the area (as we didn't) and were able to advise on what to do. We took our bikes and had a lot of fun (Norfolk is not as flat as it looks!). The cottage has everything you need and unlike some cottages we have stayed in, also had some added extra's which are not always thought of, such as a few accompaniments in the cupboards, extra tea towels, bin bags etc (The little things that help when self catering) The cottage is well presented, decorated very nicely and has a fresh look. We had days stayed in relaxing and reading and if the weathers nice the garden is also a quiet little spot to catch the sun.
From our initial enquiry, to handing back the keys when we left, John and Linda were perfect hosts. Communication was excellent before our stay, and they greeted us on arrival, showing us all we needed to know about their accommodation and then left us completely to it, which was just what we wanted. The cottage was easy to find (excellent directions from J&L) and had lots of amenities nearby, including an excellent pub which did really good quality take out as well as sit down meals. The cottage itself was extremely clean and very comfortable, we look forward to returning at a chillier time when we can use the log fire. Thank you for an excellent stay and service, we'd love to come back soon, Rob and Rachel x
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage . John and Linda were excellent hosts and the property was well equipped with a beautiful interior . We couldn't fault it , it was perfect !
