About the property

This luxury apartment (max. 6 persons) is located at on the 1st line in Altea and has been completely renovated in 2015. The spacious living room is divided into a lounge and dining area. There are three large bedrooms, one with a bathroom ensuite. For the other two bedrooms there is another bathroom. Each bedroom has two 1-single beds. The separate kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances: large fridge / freezer, washing - and drying machine .... A parking place in the parking garage is available, Wifi also. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the boulevard, with its bars, restaurants and shops, sea and beach. Going out you cross the boulevard for the beach and the sea. The apartment is within walking distance of the shopping area. Also the Taxi stand. From there you can let you bring to the historical village. When arriving, a contact person will welcome you. He also is available for your questions. You can do all kinds of water sports, playing golf (a lot of golf courses in the direct neighbourhood), walking along the beach and in the mountains. Note: Prices do not include cleaning, and electricity (0.30 Euro per kwh). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. No pets.

Why Christa Koelewijn chose Altea

A splendid location. The boulevard with his bars, restaurants and small shops, the beach and the sea are in front of the apartment. The taxi stand is nearby and not expensive. The main shopping road is on walking distance, also the medical health centre, the pharmacy and the supermarket. By train (also nearby) you can go to Benidorm, Denia or Alicante. There is the opportunity for all kind of water sports and playing golf. The impressive mountainous landscape of the Costa Blanca offers plenty of opportunity to make long walks.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is located directly on the promenade. Opposite is the pebble beach and the sea (water shoes are recommended). You can walk to shops, the harbor, the railway station and bus stop. Also to the bars, cafés and restaurants. The pharmacy, medical health center and supermarket are within walking distance.

Lovely apartment with great location

We were 6 People for this apartment, and found everything in order. The location could hardly be better, situated close to the old-town, as well as the beach and train station (Garganes).

The apartment itself has everything you need for a short or long stay, and I would recommend this to families and couples traveling together.

Helpful multilangual local staff providing service if needed!

We can't blame them for not having aircon in one of the rooms, as the previous stayers had taken the remote control home to USA.

The Electricity (€ 0,30 by kwh) will be payed at the end of the rented period (by leaving).
If damage has occurred for an amount exceeding € 250,00, it must be paid by the Tenant on departure, unless otherwise agreed between Landlady and Tenant. Damages will be deducted from the Deposit but are not limited to the amount of the Deposit. All utensils and (kitchen) appliances must be left clean by the Tenant
The rental period begins on the date of arrival at 15.00 hours and ends on the agreed date of departure at 10:00 hours. If these hours mentioned above are troublesome for the Tenant because of travel arrangements, Tenant and Landlady will find a suitable solution, to be mentioned in the Contract.

We strongly do advice the Tenant to arrange a proper Travel Insurance

If the rent is cancelled up to four (4) weeks before the arrival date the cancellation fee is 25% of the agreed rent.
Cancellation from four (4) weeks and up to 10 calendar days before the arrival date will lead to a cancellation fee of 75% of the agreed rent.
In high season (the months July and August) the cancellation fee amounts to 75% of the rent agreed from four (4) weeks before the arrival date.
If the cancellation is made less than four (4) weeks before the arrival date, the cancellation fee will amount to 100% of the rent agreed.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
