Awesome penthouse apartment
My daughter and I stayed in this lovely apartment for two weeks. It was perfect for us -- incredible central location within walking distance of most museums, SoHo and Covent Garden, surrounded by many wonderful restaurants, close to several London Underground stations. The owners had just changed over the wifi system when we arrived, and we initially had trouble getting on. The owner checked in on us and immediately sent someone over who got us all "sorted" as they say in London. There is a lovely guidebook for the rest of household appliances and systems and we had no trouble using them. It was an amazing trip we will always treasure.
London business / family visit
Fantastic apartment, location, space, light, etc. Well suited for business exec traveling with family for a week. Only feedback would be that with such a high caliber flat, it would be nice to have high caliber amenities. There were not enough towels or toilet paper, flatware and glassware were a little tired. But all in all an exceptional stay and location. Very much an oasis in the heart of the city, we will be back.
Amazing apartment in a great location
We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is close to restaurants, bars, and transportation. Outdoor space is just amazing and unique. Management was very responsive to our questions. Will definitely try and stay here again when we visit London
2nd time staying
Absolutely lovely. Full of light, in the center of things, but quiet.
A sky garden in Oxford Street - like a Movie Star
When I first saw the pictures and the description of this property it seemed too good to be true, a luxurious penthouse right in the heart of London within minutes from the British Museum and Oxford Street. Fortunately, it did not disappoint, it was, in fact, an unforgettable experience, a dream location and an excellent apartment in the hands of capable professionals. We loved walking around, being so close to so many restaurants and shops. We spent time staring at the view of the city at night from the terrace and there were 2 giant televisions which we loved. We also tried the music and books, the house was very clean and it was overall a fun and unique experience. The house was quite "techy" which worked fine for us but we understand it can sometimes require expert knowledge. The kitchen was fairly easy to use and the access was very stylish. Our favourite feature was the bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and the terrace of course.
our own penthouse in the sky
What an awesome place to enjoy London. Quiet street close to Oxford street. Full of light with AC. Tons of closet space , I will come back. We were met on time. Grocery near by. Oh yes, and then theres that garden, I couldn't get enough. WE had breakfast lunch and dinner out there.
Even though Oxford Street, London’s premier shopping strip, is just a minute away, this penthouse in Newman Street will make it seem like a world away. You really couldn’t wish for a more relaxed Soho location from which to explore a city that’s brimming with things to do and see, eat and drink.
Head south along Newman Street and beyond Oxford Street to London’s Theatreland and the boutiques, bars, restaurants and street entertainers of Covent Garden.
To the east lies The British Museum and further afield Shoreditch, while north takes you to the plush restaurants of Charlotte Street, the green expanse of Regents Park, and the wildlife at London Zoo. Go west for the ultimate in chic shopping on Bond Street and Oxford Street’s big department stores, including the world-famous Selfridges.
Getting around couldn’t be easier. Tottenham Court Road underground station is just a stone’s throw away, with Oxford Circus less than 10 minutes on foot. Buses run regularly along Oxford Street, some for 24 hours a day, while a steady flow of London’s iconic black cabs will be ready to whisk you off to wherever you want to go.
