Newly decorated spacious studio in quiet street perfectly located for West End

This studio flat would suit a single or couple. It has its own entrance from the street, but is part of a large private house. It is quiet and brilliantly located for the park, shopping and sightseeing. The flat is maintained to a very high standard and has been newly refurbished and decorated. It has a large double bed with new mattress and feather pillows. New 100% cotton sheets. There is a clothes washer and dryer. Separate kitchen (separate room) with microwave, cooker, coffee maker (nespresso) etc. The Studio room has lots of cupboard space, a TV, WIFI and a small sofa. There is a small shower off the bedroom and between the bedroom and kitchen there is a small table for eating. This is a really sweet studio and it isn't that small. It is warm with underfloor heating. There are all mod cons and up to date guide books for your use.

About Ann

This home is owned by an English family who live in the building but have a separate entrance. We have two grown up children. We have restored the building to a high standard and are one of the few remaining original houses in the area.

Why Ann chose Westminster & West End

This is a really beautiful house of grand proportions and lovingly restored. The area is just wonderful and we really love living here. It is both quiet and vibrant and centrally located plus perfect for the park.

It is quiet and self contained and excellently located for transport, park and sightseeing. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. The flat is spotlessly clean and new with modern amenities, such as clothes washer, cooker and underfloor heating.

Wonderful studio prime location

We have just returned home after our stay at Ann & Ivo's studio in Bayswater, we have stayed many times around this area, the studio is so central to many of London's main attractions, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, all just a short walk away.The studio had all we needed for our stay, so clean, well equipped, quiet location, but close to many eating places, supermarkets, transport etc, when we return to London we will search no more for decent accommodation, we will just return to this great value studio. This was a wonderful stay. The apartment is close to shops and transport and Ann provides basic foodstuff. If we come back to London we will definitely stay here again

Lovely flat in perfect location

Flat was clean, charming, and exceeded our expectations. It is nicely appointed, has a wonderful shower, and reliable internet connection (streaming movies was no problem). Ann was very kind to have several breakfast items and a good bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. We were grateful for the little things like an umbrella, hair dryer, drying rack, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a washer/dryer and Nespresso machine). The location just 3-4 blocks from Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park was unbeatable. Running in a city can be tricky, so access to uninterrupted miles of running amidst a beautiful landscape was excellent. We walked all over London from here and also had a tube station just a few blocks away. Uber was particularly useful and cheap as well (half the cost of the Heathrow Express for 2 people). Ann and her husband were friendly, easily accessible, and prompt in communication. We look forward to returning.

Perfectly located well appointed flat.

This well appointed flat is perfectly located within walking distance to trains, tube and Hyde Park. It has a very comfortable king bed and all that is needed for a wonderful stay. Thank you Ann! When hope to be back!

Fabulous trip

A friend and I stayed at the flat the end of March. All was as advertised. The flat was clean, well-appointed, and in a good location. Basic provisions (coffee, tea, milk) were there ready for us. There is easy walking distance to supermarkets and the underground (Baywater and Queensway). Anne-Mari was at the flat to greet us and orient us to the flat. She checked in with us during the week to make certain that everything was okay. All in all an excellent stay. We will stay there again given the opportunity.

Car: not necessary

This flat is located in between Lancaster Gate and Bayswater. 1 minute from Kensington Gardens. The street is quiet and safe, but the area is vibrant and fun, with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It is close to all public transport (tubes & buses) so for a base it is excellent. Oxford Street is just 4 minutes by bus, Kensington Gardens 1 minute walk from the front door and it's a 5 minutes bus ride to Portobello Road Market. Round the corner is Whiteleys Department Store, which has lots of shops cinemas and restaurants. Queensway is a few minutes walk away & is full of ethnic restaurants and great fun. It is in a brilliant location for sightseeing as well as shopping and eating. Paddington Station is 5 minutes walk from the flat making it very easy to get to from from Heathrow airport - you take the Heathrow Express from Heathrow to Paddington, which takes 15 minutes.
