This studio flat would suit a single or couple. It has its own entrance from the street, but is part of a large private house. It is quiet and brilliantly located for the park, shopping and sightseeing. The flat is maintained to a very high standard and has been newly refurbished and decorated. It has a large double bed (king size) with new mattress and feather pillows. New 100% cotton sheets. There is a clothes washer and dryer. Separate kitchen (separate room) with microwave, cooker, coffee maker (nespresso) etc. The Studio room has lots of cupboard space, a TV, WIFI and a small sofa. There is a small shower off the bedroom and between the bedroom and kitchen there is a small table for eating. This is a really sweet studio and it isn't that small. It is warm with underfloor heating. There are all mod cons and up to date guide books for your use.

This home is owned by an English family who live in the building but have a separate entrance. We have two grown up children. We have restored the building to a high standard and are one of the few remaining original houses in the area.

Perfect! Location excellent, flat just right, great hosts, all amenities
Our flat was very close to Kensington Gardens and two tube lines. It was also a ten minute walk to Paddington Station with access to the Heathrow Express to the airport. And yet, it was on a quiet street with beautiful townhouses. Our flat was in a bright cheery basement of the owner’s home. Everything was modern- nice kitchen and bathroom, a table for breakfast. Great bed, flowers everywhere, hosts right upstairs and very welcoming. We will stay there again!
This flat was a perfect retreat for our three days in London. The location cannot be beat. Close enough to walk to the tube and train, yet quiet in a residential neighborhood. A stone's throw from Kensington Gardens. Ann was an extremely gracious host; very responsive and thoughtful. Everything was set for us to just drop in and feel at home. Even small details like fresh milk and breakfast items were left for us. I highly recommend this property and it will not disappoint.
Stayed there for 5 days, first time. Flat very clean and fashionably decorated. The owner was very helpful and accessible. Offered lots of suggestions about the neighborhood, which was very safe and friendly. Would stay again.
Lovely flat and so convenient
This was my second stay in this flat. I stayed a week last year during Spring break. The flat is lovely, cozy but not too small. It is so convenient to Paddington Station (Heathrow Express train)and the other tube stations nearby. It is close enough to walk into and through Hyde Park (Kensington Palace is less than a 10-minute walk).
We used the kitchen for breakfast and snacks, the washer to reduce the number of clothes we needed to bring, and the very comfortable accommodations to relax at the end of the day and sleep. A pleasure all around.
I would love to stay again my next trip.

This flat was great for us. The location was excellent - a nice residential neighborhood with a retail avenue locate two blocks away. Three major tube stations and bus lines in walking distance as well. Footsteps from beautiful Kensington Park.
The flat itself had everything we needed. A fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, great bathroom with heated floors, quaint patio out front. No complaints at all. If you're looking to stay in a nice, safe, and quiet residential area and have access to all that London has to offer, you should seriously consider this flat. When we return to the city, we will most definitely check otsee is this flat is available. Thanks Anne!!!!

This flat is located in between Lancaster Gate and Bayswater. 1 minute from Kensington Gardens. The street is quiet and safe, but the area is vibrant and fun, with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It is close to all public transport (tubes & buses) so for a base it is excellent. Oxford Street is just 4 minutes by bus, Kensington Gardens 1 minute walk from the front door and it's a 5 minutes bus ride to Portobello Road Market. Round the corner is Whiteleys Department Store, which has lots of shops cinemas and restaurants. Queensway is a few minutes walk away & is full of ethnic restaurants and great fun. It is in a brilliant location for sightseeing as well as shopping and eating. Paddington Station is 5 minutes walk from the flat making it very easy to get to from from Heathrow airport - you take the Heathrow Express from Heathrow to Paddington, which takes 15 minutes. Also for guests arriving from Southampton Ferry there is a bus which can bring you from Southampton and drops off at the Blakemore Hotel which is just a few doors down the road and couldn't be easier.
