About Gerard Bisignano
My wife and I have been married for almost 24 years and we have 2 boys who love to snowboard. We live in the Los Angeles community of Palos Verdes Estates. After much research we chose Incline Village because of it's great reputation, it's close proximity to the Reno airport and it's centrality to all the great attractions that Lake Tahoe's has to offer. This is a 2nd home for us and we enjoy sharing it with friends, family members and our guests who appreciate both Incline Village in particular and Lake Tahoe in general. After many months of extensive renovation we have reopened our home in 2014.
Gerard Bisignano purchased this House in 2005
Why Gerard Bisignano chose Incline Village
My wife grew up in the Bay area and due to her familiarity with Lake Tahoe we started coming here since we got married in 1990. Because I am a Southern California native I was used to going to Mammoth. We have always wanted to buy a 2nd home here and in 2005 finally decided it was time. We are so glad we purchased a home in Incline Village. It is central to all parts of the lake and is the closest Tahoe community to the Reno airport. It also has the private beaches and golf courses that we and our guests can enjoy. Most importantly, it is quiet and serene. Our desire is to share it with guests, family and friends and have the home as a legacy to pass to our children and (eventual) grandchildren.
What makes this House unique
The location is serene yet close to everything. We can hang out at the house all day and read and listen to the sounds of the creek. In just a few minutes we can be at one of the great local restaurants or private beaches. In 20 minutes we can be in Northstar or Truckee, 40 minutes to Heavenly or Squaw Valley.

Great house, amazing owner
Gerard’s home fit our family of 13 comfortably and was well-appointed. Most importantly, communication with the owner was swift, every question was answered quickly and to our satisfaction. I cannot recommend Gerard’s home enough. We can’t wait to be back.
We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is quite large and has plenty of places for people to sleep. It's showing a little wear and tear and could use a little updating. It would also be helpful if all of the outside lights were working...it gets pretty dark in the mountains at night! I felt that the price was a little high, but we only had 7 people staying at the house. If you're splitting the cost between more people it might seem like more of a bargain. The location was great for us as our family was staying in Kings Beach and the wedding was near the Hyatt. Overall, we had a nice weekend at the house!
Very spacious, perfectly located house in Incline!
We had an amazing time at this house! There were 14 of us and we all fit very comfortably. The pull out couches are not the most comfortable, but there were PLENTY of beds to fit 14 without having to use the pull out couches.
The apartment downstairs, with its own kitchen and great bathroom, was very convenient, and the hot tub was a plus.
It was easy to grill and relax on the multiple decks.
The code for the door was tricky at first - but we got it!
I would highly recommend staying here - can't beat the location!
Lastly, Gerard was very responsive and attentive to all of our needs and questions during our stay.
Working with a great person makes a huge Diff.
Working with Gerard (property owner) was wonderful. The place had plenty of sleeping space. I loved the location of the place (and the cute creek in the back)
It's what our family needed.
It was cozy and warm.
Lovely home; great for 14 people
Checkin was very difficult since the codes they sent us were incorrect. Property manager was quick to return our call and new codes were issued. Then the key wouldn't work in the lock. Mgr came the next day and gave us a code for the electronic lock. Very responsive. We gave the owner a long list of minor issues that would not be noticed on a standard walk-through. Property mgr responded that all would be fixed. The view is wonderful; sound of the creek was soothing and made reading on the deck a wonderful experience. I would not recommend that anyone go to Incline over the 4th of July. The crowds are horrendous and the time it takes just to travel to the store is ridiculous. Other than that, Treetop Adventures in Tahoe City was spectacular and enjoyed by all from age 7 up. Overall, we had a really good time and the house was great!
Our home is in the Ponderosa area of Incline village where homes have some of the largest lots. Our property sits on almost 1/2 an acre that backs up to parkland and has a year round creek that runs through it. We are 35-40 minutes from the Reno airport and are located very close to the intersection of Highway 431 (Mt. Rose Hwy.) and Highway 28 (Tahoe Blvd.). We are 1 1/2 miles from the Incline's main downtown area and
1 1/2 miles from Burnt Cedar Beach, one of Inclines 2 private beaches. Our place is 2 1/2 miles from the Hyatt Regency with its restaurants and great casino. We are located about 20 minutes from Northstar ski resort, 20 minutes from the town of Truckee and 20 minutes from the Mt. Rose ski resort. We are approximately 8 minutes from Incline's own Diamond Peak ski resort. The Casinos at South Lake Tahoe and the ski resort at Heavenly Valley are a beautiful 23 miles drive and Squaw Valley ski resort is an equally breathtaking 19 mile drive.
