About the property

Lum Hat House, with its own access to foreshore and beach, is a detached holiday property, enjoying an enviable setting on the shore of the Cromarty Firth, with views across the waters to the mountains. From the living room and conservatory you can see a variety of birds and hopefully catch a glimpse of the bottlenose dolphins. Nearby is Udale Bay RSPB reserve with hide. Cromarty itself is close by and is the Highland’s best preserved village, with a lovely beach. The Isle of Skye, Ullapool and Inverness are within easy reach. Activities include sailing, fishing, mountain biking, or relaxing in a lovely quiet area. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
