Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

Für Wanderungen rund um Puerto de la Cruz suchten wir eine Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Dass es dazu auch noch 2 Badezimmer gab: super!

Die Wohnung ist angenehm geschnitten, zum Wohlfühlen nach den Wanderungen. Angenehm der Aufenthalt auf der kleinen, liebevoll gestalteten Gartenterrasse. Gerne nutzen wir auch das umfangreiche Angebot an Musik-CDs.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen: zur Bushaltestelle (gute Verbindungen und auch gut von TFS zu erreichen) sind es weniger als 4 Minuten! Kein Straßenlärm und nachts absolut ruhig. Lebensmitteldiscounter in weniger als 100 Metern Entfernung. Wir haben in der Wohnung nur gefrühstückt, denn ein Cafe und ein super Restaurant finden sich gleich um die Ecke. In der Nähe gibt es auch noch eine Pizzeria.

Auf Fragen antwortet der Vermieter sehr schnell. Er bot uns auch Fahrräder an, auf Grund der steilen Straßen zogen wir es vor (bergab) zu Fuß zu gehen (z. B. zur Küste) oder Busse zu benutzen.

Un piso amplio y comodo, muy bien conectado con el parque Nacional del teide y con el turismo del norte.

Un super a dos minutos de distancia y una panaderia-pasteleria fantastica. En la zona hay un restaurante italiano fantastico.

Los dueños muy amables.

Hemos estado muy bien.

super furnished flat!

we had a very quite and easy stay in Narciso's flat.

He has been extremely kind and he always answered very soon to every question.

The house is cozy, clean and provided with everything you can need!and it is closed to every facility

We would recommend it!

Stunning apartment

This is a stunning apartment. It is spacious and has been converted from an old-fashioned "many-small-rooms" place to one with "only" two bedrooms but with a huge living area. There is no sea view ( hence four and not five stars) but there are wonderful trees outside. Narciso is a person with good taste so the apartment is wonderfully furnished and designed. The neighbourhood is perhaps a bit working-class but we are not the sort of people who only hang around in "exclusive" resorts or in tourist ghettos. We prefer to keep in touch with real life. The immediate street is actually very good with nice buildings, a huge supermarket, a bakery and other shops. Opposite there are the nice trees and a school. A separate garage is available. There is also a bus connecting the place with the rest of the islands. Most importantly, one is based in Orotava Valley. For our needs, the best apartment we have been in in Tenerife. And we have been in many. Finally, Narciso is very helpful and friendly and provides good tips. This is our no. 1 priority for the next trip. Elizabeth & Mark

Owner's Response: Mark and Elizabeth were wonderful guests; communication was excellent (they both spoke perfect Spanish!!), they were extremely friendly, they were clean and tidy and left the flat in perfect condition, they are the kind of guests that all owners dream of having!! They are cultured couple with an active interest in everything to do with the island and we have no qualms in recommending them as guests, we would only be delighted to have them return to stay with us in the future. We wish them all the best of luck for the future.
