Centered among all the Northern ski resorts within 1 hour of each of them, Completely remodeled home on 5 acres, hot tub off of the deck with a huge fenced back yard, a fire pit, and BBQ's for your steaks. There is a train track at the end of the 5 acres some love it some don't. 7 minutes to Athol for restaurants, groceries, and gas. Amazing location for lakes, skiing, snowmobiling, and entertainment. Lots of parking for snowmobile trailers if needed.

Very homey

My 91 year old father and I drove over to visit his 88 year old brother. It was so much nicer to stay in a one story home than in an motel or hotel. We were very comfortable. My father slept very well and the shower was quite adequate for his limited mobility. We felt very much at home.

Silverwood or Bust!!!

On a whim decided to hit a long weekend at Silverwood with a 2 family odyssey to get gnarly on coasters and water slides alike!!! This location was unbeatable and the property was perfect! Private hot tub, all the amenities that we could ask for! Close to a Super One Foods, restaurants, etc. Overall, 100% would stay here again! It was an epic location for an epic long weekend!!!

We love this home, and rent it out for others to enjoy when we live out of town with our family. It's great for entertaining with the huge fenced back yard. Best ski and snowmobile location in the Northwest. It is centered among all of the ski resorts and snowmobiling mountains. 20 minutes to Coeur d' Alene
