We are a NON SMOKINg/NON DRUG property. Please note that each apartment is different in configuration. We have to determine which one is available for your requested time and situation hence we are unable to book through UK site directly. The suggested rate shown on the web site estimate is not the final rental. We rent by the week and month, not by the day. Minimum stay is 5 days at the weekly rate. Add on days after the week or month are granted on limited basis. The calendar does not get filled in until all apartments are booked.
St Petersburg, Florida is situated on Old Tampa Bay. We are a family owned and operated property with a St Petersburg resident/owner often on site for maintenance and renovation. Always willing to get to know our guests and forge new friendships. Your pleasure = our goal.
We currently feature 7 fully furnished 1B/1B apartment units of similar configuration as well as 1 newly rebuilt spacious lovely Studio unit with sleeping loft. Each unit has been rebuilt by owner with vaulted ceilings, new fixtures, appliances, furniture, fans, A/C, Internet, WiFi, TV, nice linens, iron, hair dryer, dishes, house wares, utensils, flatware, 2 bikes and comfortable pull out couch in the living rooms. Everything needed to set up house keeping and enjoy your vacation home. All you need to bring is groceries and personal items. Each unit has a porch and opens into the courtyard that is fenced. W/D on site...
Units #1 & #4 are in the Main house and face 3rd Ave S. These are both shotgun style with main entries on the front of the house and rear entries onto porches and into the Courtyard. Both feature comfortable living areas with sofa sleepers, TV, WiFi and comfortable furniture. Full kitchens for your pleasure and comfortable bedding.
Units #5 & #6 are in the Courtyard Cottage and are also shotgun style. As you enter #5 from the front the comfortable living area leads to the full kitchen and on to the bed and bath. Fully furnished to include sofa sleeper, TV, WiFi, dining area. All linens, cook ware, dishes and linens all provided.
Enter #6 from the front into a full kitchen with dining area then thru living area to bedroom. Again with a sofa sleeper, comfortable furniture and a walk in shower. This building is fully contained in the fenced Courtyard area. Each of these units also has a rear entry into the courtyard area.
Unit #7 is located within the cozy Courtyard Duplex above the "garage" in the rear of the property. It's a very spacious studio with a more contemporary look. . Featuring a full kitchen, wide counter top for work and dining area, original claw foot tub and a most comfortable memory foam top grade sleeper sofa. TV, Internet,WiFi, fans. Sleeping loft for 2. You will be surprised at the room provided and how pretty it is. Delightful cozy front porch nestled behind palms for privacy and solitude.
#8 adjacent to #7 duplex is our newest rebuild. . Enter into the living/kitchen area from a delightful sitting porch also nestled behind palm greenery. Full bedroom and full bath past living/kitchen area. Pull out couch in living area. All of the same amenities as the other unis. . .
Unit #1A is located in our adjoining duplex property and faces 6th Street S. Enter from the front porch into a comfortable living area and pass thru to the vintage full kitchen and bedroom. This unit also contains a sleeper sofa, TV and WiFi. Comfortable living area furniture and a dining area. Exit the unit to the rear onto a deck with umbrella table and greenery and into the Courtyard area as well. Each unit offers all of the same amenities.
Non smoking. Pets on approval. Our property features an "Old Florida" style Courtyard. Fully fenced with access from every unit. Intended to be a gathering and relaxation area for our guests and tenants. Seating, BBQ grill and beautiful native plantings make this a special place to relax and unwind. Ample and well placed lighting allows evening and nighttime enjoyment of this unique area.

We will consider pets with strict requirements and expectations. One of few properties still willing to offer this option, it is mandatory that guests with pets follow the rules for other guests comfort and peace of mind. All pets (regardless of type) will require an additional $150 fee added to your rental total to defray additional cleaning expenses. No exceptions. Still a bargain rather than boarding.
With it's City Center location the property is perfectly situated for your access to everything St. Petersburg and South Florida has to offer. Walk to markets, restaurants, theaters and much more right from your front door. With venues such as; The Studio@620, The Palladium Theatre, The Dali Museum, The Holocaust Museum, The Museum of Fine Arts all within easy walking distance you will delight in your "home away from home". Other wonderful facilities of varied ART and Culture abound in the fringes and periphery of this lively city and beyond. Exploring these opportunities is all the fun of it. Restaurants and Night Life is varied and aplenty. Walk to Central Avenue and the heart of Downtown for its many and diverse dining options including but not limited to. . . We loved staying in #4 apartment and you and Jim were so helpful. It was great to have your local knowledge of beaches, restaurants etc. and we thought the area had everything we needed to make our stay complete.

We stayed in a 1Br/1Ba and it was perfect. It was within walking distance of the waterfront, shops and restaurants, grocery store, drugstore, The unit had everything we needed and was very nicely updated. Comfortable bed, big shower, access to washer/dryer, and very good wi-fi. There were even a couple of bicycles we could use. Winnie and Jim are super nice, very responsive to anything we needed and just all around great hosts. Highly recommend.
We travelled from the UK and stayed in apartment #4, a lovely one bed apartment with everything provided to make our stay very comfortable. In a great location with walking distance to restaurants, bars and supermarket. The Dali museum is well worth a look and there are lots of lovely walks around the bay. We loved Pass a Grille beach a short drive from the apartment. All as recommended by Winnie and Jim, the owners. Thank you Winnie and Jim for a fantastic stay.

Close enough to walk to downtown attractions and convenient to drive to area beaches.
We stayed in #1 and everything was wonderful. The unit was very clean and updated. Loved the front porch and how easy it was to walk to everything. The kitchen is small but very well equipped.
I got to stay in a newly renovated one bed room apartment. The décor was lovely and it was obvious that all furnishings were chosen with care. Retro kitchen with red highlights was perfect. Front porch for sipping coffee and lovely back yard for sipping wine. Winnie and Jim are perfect hosts and truly make one feel at home. I love the location! 2 blocks from groceries, drug store, and hair salon! 4 blocks to the amazing downtown that is the heart of St. Pete and the Dali Museum. This is the second time I've stayed in these apartments/cottages, and as I said in my first review--I will never stay anywhere else in St. Petersburg. Because it was brand new rental there were a couple of small glitches that were solved immediately. A suggestion: please have instructions for remote control. I was generally mystified by it.
We stayed in Apt. 5 for 10 days while in town for our daughter's surgery and recovery and couldn't have chosen a better place! The apt. is charming, clean and well-maintained and was perfect for our needs and we loved the location. We walked to many places - the Farmer's Market, Central Arts District Art Walk, grocery store, doctor's appointments, coffee shop, restaurants, etc. We had a fabulous dinner at Rococo's (Jim's recommendation and boy was it great!), a restaurant on the next block, and were also delighted to discover Haslam's Book Store.
We expect to return to St. Petersburg many times over the next couple of years and hope to stay here for as many visits as possible!

With a celebrated museum devoted to Salvador Dalí. Admire the exterior "enigma," a bubble protruding from the building made up of 1,062 triangular pieces of glass, and then head inside to see the museum's 96 oil paintings and other works.
Enjoy a revamped downtown that's home to multiple craft breweries, an excellent array of dining opportunities and a nightlife that is varied for everyone's enjoyment. The community of St Petersburg is boasting a younger energy that's giving this Florida city a totally new vibe. The focal point is Central Avenue. Take yourself on a brewery tour by wandering down this street and its side avenues until you hit the Tampa Bay waterfront. Check out Green Bench Brewing Company, Cycle Brewery, and St Petersburg Brewing Company, as well as others.
Our property is within walking distance of downtown for all amenities, shopping, the arts, theater, beautiful parks and restaurants. Downtown the Sun Dial Shopping district features boutique shops and great restaurants including Sea Salt, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Locale Market.
Bus and trolley will transport you to most venues including the beaches.
Easy access via I-75 to I-275 North to Tampa or South to Sarasota/Bradenton.
The Pinellas Trail is easily accessed with miles of biking and hiking trails.
There are bike lanes over most of the downtown area as well as outlying areas.
A car is not necessary for St Petersburg proper but is necessary to go to DisneyWorld, Orlando and other attractions. Car rental office located at Albert Witted airport downtown.
We have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world in our "back yard" just a short distance from downtown. Pass A Grille is our favorite. Fort DeSoto Park is a must go to. Gulfport is a favorite unique artsy town on the Intracoastal with lots to see and good restaurants. There are numerous 18 hole and 9 hole par 3 golf courses close by. Check out the locations on google or Chamber of Commerce. We are a 5 minute walk from JohnsHopkins All Children's and Bayfront Hospitals. 10 minute drive to St Anthony's Hospital. Ideal location for traveling nurses and other medical professionals.
Deep sea fishing is a favorite and for flats fishing we recommend Greg Dougherty Fishing Charters.

Less than 5 day rental is $150 per day. Payment is accepted in USD only by cash, credit card (other than American Express) or PayPal. Renter is responsible for Euro currency exchange. Less than 7 day rental is considered a weekly rate of $600 as we do not rent by the day as a motel or hotel unless it is a consideration to a guest.and we happen to have a day or two open or a guest wants to add on a day or two. . .
